I’m truly happy with my decision to move into one of the studios here at Westline. I took a job almost 2 blocks away about 6 months ago. I previously had a commute so when I started looking for something closer to work everywhere I searched when it came to price and the things I wanted for me and my dog, my searches and needs kept bringing me back here. Marie the manager was super accommodating with any of my questions and showed me different units 2 or 3 times to assist in my decision. The building and grounds are clean, I love the secured building and several neighbors have already said hello

This apartment is right next to train track (20 feet away). There are long trains going by the apartment 4-6 times a day and they would sound the extremely loud horn. The whole apartment would be shaking, not to mention that noise. It is the kind of noise that you cannot hear the person talking next to you at all even with the windows closed. I would not recommend anyone living here.

I made a big mistake choosing this apartment and it just keeps getting worse. It is absolutely unbearable in the summer time. With centralized AC, it's still 20 degrees hotter in the apartment than outside. I see people leaving the door open to keep the unit cooler. If I knew it would be like this in summer, I would never have picked this one. The service from the manager is mediocre at best. Most of the time, she is nowhere to be found. I'm just waiting for my lease to be up so I can go and find a better place.

There's a lot to love about this place. It is the most quality apartment complex I've ever lived in. Quiet. Clean. Safe. Quality layouts and structure. The accommodations are fantastic. They recycle which is huge for me. The location can't be beat. Fun restaurants and the food trucks are within blocks.
The management team here is pretty incredible. Marie the onsite manager is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. She's gone above and beyond to work with my crazy schedule and to get me into the perfect apartment. Example, she gave me her own parking spot since it was the only one

TBH, This is a decent place to live. Nice views, people and management. Excellent neighbourhood and one of my favorite.
But please note that there are definitely a couple of issues
1) Security issues - I have faced two thefts in last two months. I have only Lived here for 10 months or so. Two different times... When I signed up, I was not aware of it. Complain and police report did not help as usual.
2) Noise all around - Train line nearby cause significant noise. But I have got used to live with it. Then noise from upstairs doesn't have enough dampening.
I believe this could be an even better

After several months here, I am SO happy we chose the Westline Apartments! Everyone we have met so far has welcomed us warmly and Marie and Brian are truly awesome! The building is beautiful and very well kept and I love the online platform to pay rent and request maintenance - which is handled promptly with exceptional service - thank you, Brian! I also appreciate the efforts of the management to connect with the community here and look forward to getting to know more of our neighbors with upcoming events.

Pros: Nice apartment with modern appliances that don't break down often.
Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner.
Has a nice community room on the 4th floor with an outdoor area and great view.
Excellent location, right in the heart of Beaverton!
Cons: Rent is expensive.
Neighbors are loud.
Management isn't always available even during open hours.
My fianceé's $400 bike was stolen inside the gated area here even though it was locked, the thief was caught on camera, and management refused responsibility and didn't help us get it back.
My clothes have been stolen from my apartment here

I had lived here since September, 2017, and I enjoyed so much living here. I had no issues with apartment managers and they were all awesome and professional. The current manager, Marie, is really awesome! When we needed the help, she was always there to help us as best as she possibly can and was very thoughtful and gracious. All the maintenance people (David and Brian) I have dealt with were just pure awesome. They are very diligent and professional and got work done. I moved here from out of town and leased without first seeing the apartment. Marie, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and informative. She listened to the needs I had, found the perfect unit for me and made the entire leasing process easy and fast! I contacted her on a Thursday and had my apartment ready to move into on Saturday! Everything was seamless and easy. She helped me navigate the utility contacts, postal mail, gave me information about the area and has been very responsive to concerns. Brian, the Maintenance Supervisor, keeps the property BEAUTIFUL! He takes great pride in his work

This is such a peaceful respite for me when I'm not working. Apartments are nice, quiet, and spacious. My neighbors sometimes apologize for their noise, but I don't hear anything through these walls. People are kind here, and I've made several friends among neighbors.
