Know that you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the facility of your choice. No insurance company can insist or require that you use a particular repair facility. Certain insurance companies may refer you to one of their drive-in claims centers for an inspection. You may also request the insurance company to inspect your vehicle at a reapair facility of your choice where the estimate can be negotiated.
Some insurance company may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask the insuance company to inspect the car here. Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all the necessary work.
As a member of the business community, we adhere to a Code of Ethics, our pledge to you of honesty, integrity, safety and craftsmanship. Thought I had a crack in my bumper but one of the gentlemen informed me that it was actually the cover for the rear tow hook. He taught me about that and was so professional and nice! I really appreciated the encounter. Surprisingly, their office smells so good (for a body shop!) and was very clean. The environment and service was awesome. Thank you!!

I've been going to Knab Auto Body for 10+ years and have consistently had great experiences. We all eventually have some sort of accident or fender bender and it usually is such a stressful time but the professionals at Knab always make the situation go by smoothly. They know what they're doing and I've found their prices have always been fair.
