I was looking to have some of my deceased mom's jewelry appraised only to have this lady toss them aside one by one clinking on the counter saying "fashion, "fashion". My mother loved to collect silver (it was her chosen metal) and this lady was so perplexed by that and rude. Claiming no one would put a real stone in silver (ok you're wrong) and everything is CZ when there was semi precious and some precious gems and a gold piece. Cal Coin down the street was way more kind and patient going through the little tray and was able to recognize that. I wouldn't advise visiting

Just popped in to get a couple of watch batteries. Rose and Mike absolutely merit the excellent reviews. The batteries were replaced in no time flat. And, while there, I dropped off a cherished necklace for repair and will be proceeding with Rose's expert recommendations. So glad to find Royalty! My new "Go To!"

Rose is wonderful! I took him my husband's wedding band that had been damaged and I also had her inspect and repair the prongs on my diamond wedding band. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she returned both of the rings before the time she promised me. Workmanship was exceptional and they looked brand new, all cleaned and polished up! I took a dainty old ring to redesign. I wanted to add an emerald and give it a different shape, but keeping it simple. It turned out gorgeous! It's just lovely.

The process was also super fast. I told her that I wasn't in a rush and I could come pick it up in two weeks. They called me and I got it in two days! She told me that it was a simple custom piece to make.

I'm just really happy with the service, the ring, the price... Everything was perfect :)

This company is terrible.

The first time my fiancé went to get the ring cleaned prior to the proposal.

Second time, after getting engaged, I went back there to get my ring resized and to make sure all diamonds are tightened. I'm afraid to lose one. (25 diamonds)
First thing the lady tells me is that I need to get my ring cleaned... like what?! My fiancé was just here and had this cleaned 2 weeks ago! She said "oh no bad job I reclean for you" no charge thankfully because I would have been livid.

I pick it up after a week later. First impression

Rose knows her stuff! She hooked me up with a new clasp for my rope chain in less than 5 minutes and gave me some expert insight for all my questions. Will definitely be coming back here.

I am not typically a Yelp person, good or bad but for this place I will write one because I am so blown away. The customer service here is one of a kind. Most jewelry places make me feel uncomfortable and pushed or sometimes even judged. This place is inviting, the people who work here really care about their customers!!! I ended Up buying a couple things for family members, and when I came to pick them up they were cleaned and put in cute boxes for me.. I didn't even ask!!! Bottom line, this place is worth the stop, I will be a customer for life.

Lack of communication with their customers, you're told one thing and next you know its totally different then what was quoted and the time it will be done for a simple watch battery replacement,one link taken off and a couple of screws for the back smh (about $75.00 difference).

I have been getting custom pieces done by this jeweler for some time now and they always deliver awesome customer service and great quality jewelry. Rose and Mike are very courteous. All my items are always delivered on time and just like I expected them.

I came here to get an old Tiffany & Co. necklace cleaned after wearing it in the ocean and not having it cleaned for years. Rose cleaned my necklace and pendant and I got a new and sturdy chain for it. I can't believe how beautiful it looked after being cleaned, since it had been tarnished for years. Thank you Rose!

I don't often leave reviews but feel that the customer service and most importantly, my needs were met quickly. I struggled to get some batteries changed due to the design of my watch, and I am glad I decided to come to Royalty Jewelers. Rose has been nothing but amazing to my family and I for years. I can't believe someone wrote a bad review about a watch battery. I'm a person with many watches and I can tell you some are easy to work on and some can be very difficult. To be charged a few dollars and complain about it is ridiculous. We are talking a few dollars here. She's just trying to make a living.

I requested a quote online for a watch battery replacement and was quoted at $8-15 depending on the type of battery. I brought in 4 watches to have their batteries replaced and was told each would cost $20. When I pointed out that their prices were higher than what I was quoted at, they made up excuses about mens watches being more difficult. When I pointed out one was not a mens watch, I was told that one was more expensive because it was a Bulova. I also asked if they could take a link out of a watch band, a service most places will include for free, and was quoted at an extra $5. In the end

A few weeks ago I came in to get my sons watch band replaced. I hesitated to go here but my usual jeweler
Vladimir Watch & Clock Repair was closed because Vladimir had a stroke. But my son was going back to college(thanksgiving break) and the lady (I think owner) helped me, the crappy band was over $50 to replace but I had no choice as he was leaving the next day. Of course it fell apart within a few days.
