Amazing experience. I brought very tarnished jewelry in for polishing and Juan returned them to their brilliance - and for a great price! Juan and his wife are experts and they show it. Their store is always very clean and sparkling. Highly recommend if you are looking for engagement rings - their selection is big and beautiful.

I was looking for a men’s ring and because I have small fingers, I was referred to come here. BEST decision ever. Juan was attentive the moment we walked in and my wife ended up ordering a custom ring for me without having to break the bank. He constantly updated us on the progress and soon after, the ring was completed. It is beautiful and one-of-a-kind since it was specifically made for me. I had several pieces of jewelry which needed repairs. I did my research and chose Jewelry Loft because of its excellent reviews. I had gold earrings with a broken hasp, an engagement ring with aging posts, a favorite bracelet with a broken band and a childhood ring which had lost its pearl. I was incredibly pleased with all the fine workmanship, promptness and the kindness and professionalism of Juan and his staff. The cost was also very reasonable. I now can’t imagine going to any other jeweler for any reason.
