I been living here for a couple years already. At the beginning it seems that the meadowdale management used to care but lately they don't care.
I cant find a parking space no more because anyone parks here. I complained already a few times to meadowdales office about it and nothing have been done. Cant wait for lease to end to get out of here. Stay away!! Nothing is updated either. If you call to report a problem they will fix it but they are cheap they use old used parts. If you dont want to deal mold STAY AWAY from this place.

Awful place to live. Managements only work experience seems to have been pushing carts at Walmart. We’ve had ant infestations, appliance failure, locks that don’t match our keys, leaks in the ceiling, Our shower handle broke and I’ve been adjusting my water temperature with a pair of pliers FOR A WEEK. But the best part is you have to hold managements hand to get them to do ANYTHING. I have to call the office at least 5 times a week just to follow up with my handful of repair orders. And even then you have to wait 3 weeks just to hear a response. TOOK THEM 6 MONTHS TO GIVE US A $2 BATHROOM

I originally rated this 5/5 because it was under a month of living here. We have had an ant problem for MONTHS and at one point I came home to about 20-30 swarming my bedroom wall. I called them and was told they’d be there tomorrow and there was nothing they could do until the next day.
And ever since the thaw, we’ve had what are clearly readily reproductive carpenter ants in our tub every morning (our tub that doesn’t plug). And now, a week after telling them this is obviously moving towards an infestation, I had to physically go to the office and show them about 6 ants I caught.

3rd night in a row I've been without heat. It's been consistently single digits outside and I have yet to been given a explanation or even a response from the front off. When I did go in person they assured me they were aware and going to fix it. Yet here I am at 9pm and my heats still out.
I've left 2 voicemails and visited In person today, I've not gotten one call/letter or visit from anyone related to maintenance or the front office.
All they did was lie to my face.
I'm a quite reasonable person and I've lived here for about 3 years overall (different buildings)I'm not trying to be harsh

So far so good. I haven't had any major complaints about the place. One thing that bothered me quite a bit was when we moved in the windows would stick shut and despite maintenance coming in and saying they fixed it I still couldn't open them. We have to pry them open when we want to use them.
Otherwise I've had no issues. The people in the office have always been very helpful and the apartment itself is decent.

We lived in the 702 Alma building for almost 5 years and highly recommend Meadowdale! The grounds are kept clean and there is plenty of outdoor space for kids to play (even a seal that sprays water in the summer. Like a mini splash pad). The living room has a nice big storage closet and buildings have 2 laundry rooms, one on either side of the building so that it doesn’t get crowded. Our building was pretty quiet, we could hear when the kids upstairs ran around but being on the ground floor that is totally to be expected. I’ve lived her for 3 years now , and they are on top of things , thank you so much for the new dumpster on Ollie court it has made a huge difference here in keeping it looking nice and clean , when ever you need repair they are here the same day if not the next morning to get the job done , the office staff is nice and respectful to everyone . The only think that needs to be looked at more is the kids playing in the hallways it’s getting out of control , but I’m certain you will stay on it and find a solution . Thank you for all you do to keep my home looking Beautiful , and all of us safe

I have been living here for about 10 months and at first the business here was great. Maria, whom used to work in the office was so helpful and would follow up with us on our move in date and any other questions that we had. Now getting close to the end of my lease, I have been looking on whether I want to move or stay here at Meadowdale Apartments. We definitely need a 2-bedroom now that we have a baby and we need more space. I called the office on a Wednesday at about 3:45pm (they close at 7pm) asking about an inter-complex change, they said only Rhonda or Bob can give me information and that
