Would give 0 stars if possible. Stay far far away from this place. Management is horrible and rude. Apartments are terrible, gross and over priced and maintenance takes forever to fix anything!! My apartment was infested with ants and bad mold in the corners and they never did anything! They will take every dime out of you in any way they can. I moved out 2 months early because I couldn't take living there anymore and I let the complex know and i returned all the signed papers I had to letting them know the date I would be leaving and they said that was fine and they had someone for my apartment

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! STAY AWAY! At all cost. Listen to the 1 star ratings because it doesn’t get much better. The office staff is the only positive thing about this place. MANAGEMENT IS FRAUD! They force you to mail your rent in and then after 4 months they will claim they “never got it” and try suing you for months and months of late fees and court costs!
They will not allow it to be driven in and no matter how many times you send it WITH TRACKING this place LIES!! I’m not the only one it happens too.
I hope this place gets what they deserve! Praying on innocent hard working people!!

I've been a tenant here since 2013.
I was here with previous management and things were great. A new management company has since taken over and things are even better! They have put in a lot of work through out the property and have made great improvements! I was originally in a non renovated 1 bedroom apartment and after 3 years, transferred to a renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Love the vinyl flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. Huge plus is that units have washers and dryers inside the apartments! The outside of the buildings may look "old" but don't let that stop you from moving here because

I have lived at several different apartments. I have had leasing companies and individual landlords. I can tell you that living at Hunters Ridge gives you the best of both worlds. You get to enjoy all the amenities of having a large complex and leasing company (Pool, weight room, on site maintenance, etc..) yet you're not just a number. They treat you like a human being with respect and go out of there way to be as helpful as possible. This is my favorite place that I have ever lived! I'm fully confident that you will love it!
