Skyridge Club Apartments

This is one of the best up-kept apartment complexes I have ever been to. Everyone from the front office to maintenance crew are a pleasure to work with.

Our company has been working with Skyridge for 3-1/2 years. The management, staff and tenants are always professional and courteous. Looking forward to continuing our working relationship!!

We enjoy living at Skyridge so much that this is our second time leasing a unit in 3 years.
Management is very accessible and willing to address any questions or concerns with a great attitude. They also encourage tenants to participate in events, such as Toys for Tots.
And they keep us in the loop when major maintenance projects will be going on within the complex. Excellent communication.
The maintenance team is absolutely amazing. Work orders are usually answered within 24 hours which makes living here a pleasure. The grounds are always clean and the environment feels safe.

As someone who leases here! I really recommend looking at other options! Non negotiable! Old appliances ! And had me and my fiances car towed today after sending a mass email stating it would be pushed back due to rain! Then followed up with 10 min notice which ended up in a mass towing! Probably about 20+ cars! At $200 each! Shame on them! Completely disappointed!

While I enjoyed living at Skyridge at the time, we were screwed over by the property management company after we moved out. The management company lost our forwarding address and charged us almost $500 for replacing what we were told was brand new carpet (in almost perfect shape). They never contacted us when the move out bill had not been paid (even though they had our contact information). I had not received the bill because they lost our forwarding address that we provided to the management team directly. Then they sent me to collections and ruined my credit score...for a bill I knew nothing

Just want to give a shout out to maintenance. All of the requests Ive put in thus far have been literally completed next day. I would have to wait days sometimes at my old complex. Go Skyridge!

The Skyridge staff is amazing and I've love my apartment! I would highly recommend this location. The kitchen is beautiful and My neighbor are all fantastic. The property is quiet for the most part and I love that I'm conveniently located to local shopping and entertainment!

I moved in in early August and love my new apt! The management staff is really friendly and goes above and beyond for new tenants. I had a few maintenance requests in the beginning and they were solved in less than 24 hours! Such a difference from my last apartment. So glad I made the move!

Squeaky floors, thin walls, nothing here is really worth the price you pay.

Awesome place to live nice people love the pool and my dog loves it here!
