Okay so i waited about 2 months to write this review so that i didn't go off of rage and give Inline Lending a 1 star. This is regarding a refinance on our home we were doing via the VA Streamline.
The Good News: The process was completed successfully and we were able to get our rate down to 2.25%, taking advantage of the super low rates that have been available in the market. As we had only owned our home for about a little less than a year, we weren't too worried about losing equity since we didn't have a ton of money staked into the home yet. Inline Lending did successfully work with the title

This is shady, guys. I know all sorts of lenders prey on vets like this. Maybe you could be more principled?

I recently closed a refinance with Sarah. I have bought and sold a couple times over the years and refinanced. Sarah is by far the best mortgage broker I’ve worked with. She is easy going and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being an inconvenience or being convinced to go with a certain lender for their benefit, which is a breath of fresh air. I did my refi out of state and got the absolute lowest rate after shopping around. I would definitely do business with inline again.

Highly recommend this team. We did a VA IRRRL with them and were very pleased. Rob was very straightforward and delivered on his promises. They also beat the pants off of other lenders with our rate and deal structure, even those that sent us mailers promising similar rates, but couldn't back them up!

Within a couple days of posting that review, I was contacted directly by Johnny Neafus, the owner. He took my review to heart, had listened to the recorded conversation with this new employee, and acknowledged the situation should’ve been handled more professionally. Sarah with Inline Financial helped us out with getting our streamline refinance done. We reached out to her a few months back but had to get a few things taken care of before we could move forward. She made a couple recommendations and we followed them. With that she reached out to check on us to see where were at and vola! She got the refinance… moving. Our interest rate was much better saving us near $180 a month on our mortgage! When it came time to close we were in Florida on a 10 year anniversary trip. Sarah arranged for a local Floridian notary to come to our Airbnb and get the closing

I cannot tell you what a relief it is knowing that there are people out there not just looking to make a buck. I called Johnny as I had 2 quotes from 2 different lenders for refinancing my home. The market had went up by the time I had got to him, BUT our interactions did not stop there. Johnny could have easily just let me go seeing as how at that… time he could not beat the offers had. He did not. He took his own time and saw I was struggling and afraid to make the wrong decision. I sent him my offers and he went through them. Initially he told me one offer was better for said reasons
