I’ve lived at Westwind for the past 4 years in two different units. I can’t tell you each year it steadily gets worse and worse and worse.
They don’t have breed restrictions which is really nice for dog owners, but I would find somewhere else to go. I rented a more expensive unit that had a “backyard” attached, but upon move-in I realized that it wasn’t a yard at all, it was literally just dirt. It was so poorly constructed that it had sharp rebar sticking out which was clearly a safety concern. We had to remove it ourselves because management didn’t care. We had a rake in the back

Taking them to small claims court for alleged damages when we moved out. And they may not tell you because they didn't for us DON'T rent apartment#1106!!! It's next to the dog park! And u can hear the water faucet being turned on right in the bedroom window. Made 2 complaints to corporate now and nothing is being done. Sad you work so hard for your money to survive and companies like this rip you off!!

Maddie is amazing and has always done what she could to help. She listens and cares about her residents and potential residents.
Cynthia also has been amazing and listened. If she wasn't sure about something that was asked she was prompt in getting an answer for me.

So I have not fully moved in. Amber was amazing when I went to look at the apartment. That process went smoothly getting approved and etc.
I'm ready to get moved in and situated.
Reason for 3.5 stars is just because I havent moved In. Think some of the staff has changed so having to reverify

I lived here for about a year and a half.. maintenance constantly coming in my apartment for "due diligence". And what topped all of it off is I came home around midnight from my late shift and my 1st floor apartment had been broken into.. and nothing was done about it. I had nothing left to my name.

The reason i put one star is because the management has two faces. when we went to see the apartment they were so nice to us and we like the apartment, so we did the application and we paid the deposit and other fesses. However, we change our mind, and we decided to live in bigger apartment, so i went the second day in morning and ask for refund for the deposit since they haven't started the application yet. here when they are look so different especially the manager. i went at 9 am the time they open and there is only one person. i asked her for refund, she told me i'm new here so come back at

I do not recommend this place! I have my mother living there in a one bedroom, and I can’t wait for her lease to be up! Ever since they change management there is no drop off box for people to drop off their checks for rent.
The water bill is ridiculous she is by herself and the water bill is at $40 plus! That’s more than what I pay in a 4 bedroom apartment! And I have a whole family!

I see all the other reviews and I understand their point of view but the bottom line is that this place is pretty cheap. You can't expect elite service when you're not paying $1200+. I moved from Dallas and this place is great compared to others. But I will mention a few things -
1. There is the occasional roach. Luckily they spray every Tuesday. So call the office to get scheduled. Boom, done.

2. There is a lady (most likely the owner) who has some weird attitude BUT Cindy and Adrianna are absolutely the BEST part of management. Anytime I need anything they take care of me and answer my
