I was on the fence about having a wedding planner but it was hands down the best decision I made. Looking back I would have paid double the amount for it again, it was that helpful! I have the honor of writing another glowing review for the wonderful Lindsay Gaeta after her help with my wedding in October 2021. As you can imagine, planning a wedding is stressful - even more so when doing it during a pandemic - but Lindsay helped me remain calm and together we prepped the best wedding ever. Lindsay was fantastic. She had coordinated three of my friends weddings before mine so I knew I was in good hands. Still, she blew me away and definitely overdelivered. Tiffany from LIU was our day-of wedding planner. She was incredible and I cannot speak highly enough of her! She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. Even though she was the day-of planner, she went above and beyond and gave us wonderful recommendations on vendors. Once she took over the coordination, we did not worry about a thing. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was working with Liven It Up Events. I work for a venue and catering, and my client hired Liven It Up Events relatively late in the planning process with still much to do. Lindsay was on top of everything right away and was so communicative, making the planning process go seamless. The wedding ended up going off without a hitch and it was a great day. It is so important to have good vendors that work well together and I can't wait for the next event we work with Liven It Up Events. I highly recommend hiring them for your wedding planner!

We worked with Kim Weinberg for our wedding that took place in July 2021 at Rockwell on the River in Chicago. We HIGHLY recommend Liven It Up and Kim specifically. Kim was very responsive (over our 1.5 years planning process), kind, thoughtful, and organized. She listened to exactly what we wanted and worked tirelessly to deliver us the wedding of our dreams. Hiring Lindsay Gaeta from Liven it Up Events was the BEST decision made!! She coordinated with all of our vendors setting up meetings, coordinating timelines, reviewing plans, etc. and totally kept our wedding running so smoothly. I'm so happy I made the best choice for the big day in my life. Anthony did a great job planning everything for my wedding. We started the process one year ago, it wasn't easy. Still during the COVID, and with me oversea in Japan while my husband in the states. But Anthony helped us bring things together and always being positive, encouraging and reliable. All these effort paid off really well. The venue was beautiful, flowers were stunning, food were so delicious, and the flow of the whole day was very smooth. I worked with Kim to plan my wedding. I cannot say enough about what a help she was.
In the early stages of planning, Kim helped me narrow my approved vendor list to select those which were right for our event, surely saving us time and money.
Closer to our wedding date, Kim and I had a sit down to discuss all of the details I would have never thought of until I regretted not addressing it. From a dress reveal to the logistics of pinning the boutonnieres on the groomsmen, Kim had a solution for everything.

My husband and I hired Tiffany as our Wedding Coordinator with a "Partial Planning" package and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We knew that we needed significant amounts of help with the design/flowers aspect of the wedding and also all the day of details. Tiffany perfectly fulfilled exactly what we needed and more. Anthony is truly the best wedding planner and such a joy to work with. I hired him for the partial wedding planner package and he was completely worth it!

We hired Trisha for our wedding as a day of coordinator, and from day 1 she was extremely supportive. We not only appreciated her work throughout the entire planning process, the actual day of the event, she was extremely helpful and resourceful. It's the little things that count, and Trisha was did not miss a step.

I used Liven It Up Events this year for my annual company Gala and it was worth every penny! Kim, our event planner, was such a pleasure and so easy to work with. She was very helpful in providing me vendor information so i could price out vendors. My mom and I have said over and over again that dollar for dollar, Anthony was our best hire for my wedding on August 31 at the Field Museum.
