This place seems nice at first however after living here a while you come to find out that this place is terrible and over priced.
Having two of us living here we have two cars. Most of the time we ended up parking on the street so the "off street parking" advertisment is fake.
A good amount of the tenants are rude and are not considerate. People come and go at all hours of the night and slam their doors before going inside.
If you are lucky you get a crazy drunk for a neighbor who can't mind her own buisness. Cut rent in half and it might be worth it.
