I signed a 1 year lease with all intentions of staying for that time. When I researched this apartment complex I didn't think to ask about the amount of short term renters they had because it didn't matter at that time and I am sure many are here for visits to Mayo. Then Covid hit. I was on an elevator with a woman and her 2 small children and she told me she just got here from Florida, a hotspot for the virus.
