I have not yet moved into what appears to be a beautiful apartment but I only have less than a week till move in :) , right now I can only say nice things about this property and I also have to give a shout out to Katy. She is a wonderful lady and has such a personality, she is amazing. I will be updating my review once I have been in my apartment for a few months, I hope that I will only have great things to say about everything. I wish I would have been able to review the old management company but they switch right as we signed the lease.

I've been told several times that I was excepted into the community but the new management company has failed to produce a lease. They don't return phone calls. The customer service needs a lot of work.
I moved in Sept. 1, 2021 and Granite City Real Estate management company has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Kim Golden for going above and beyond to make my move in great and stress free.

My experience with management was awful. Their focus is on the bottom line so much so that I felt that I was working with robots rather than real people. Communication was extremely poor. The apartments themselves were nice, but not worth the stress of bad management. I would like to acknowledge that Rick from maintenance was the exception as he was fantastic.

I really wanted to move to this apartment complex because one of my friends said how much she loved it, but when I came for a weekend stay, she told me that we wouldn’t be able to use any of the pool area because residents and their guests had destroyed the pool area, and it needed repairs. She even showed me the email from the apartment staff.
I was so disappointed. I really thought this was going to be a place for me, but I don’t want to live around people who are so disrespectful that they ruin the community areas for others- my friend said this wasn’t the first issue with residents abusing

I had such a FABULOUS experience living here. The apartments are luxury, the shuttle is convenient for work, and the management go above and beyond. I moved back to Phoenix, but trust me, I still dream about the beautiful apartment I had in Rochester. One of the most important pieces is the heated garage parking. What a life saver in the winter! SoRoc, thank you for keeping such a lovely facility, it does not go unnoticed!

I have/had (just moved back to the cities) lived at Soroc for just under a year and Cheryl has been an absolute life saver in so many little incidents!! Mostly revolving around Mail and packages! But she is quick to call me back and respond to whatever my questions and needs are.
She is a tremendous asset in a world that only looks out for itself

I have been searching for my first ever apartment, and I am in LOVE with SoRoc. They staff have been incredibly helpful, especially Cheryl! From the moment I stepped inside I felt at home because of her. She accommodated to my work schedule to set up a viewing after 5pm and went above and beyond in making my experience exciting and fun! I can’t wait to become a resident!

I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could! It’s a nice quiet place, the amenities are awesome: including a duck pond, dog park, swimming pool, fire pits, grills, hot tub, club house with pool, shuffleboard, party rooms, a conference center for those working from home, a package room to assure safety of packages, and friendly office staff.
Things are well maintained and any maintenance problems are addressed quickly and professionally.
