I've resided at the Preserve on Maine for over three years, following my decision to downsize in preparation for retirement, and I've not had a moment's regret! I now go on hikes, instead of spending my days on house repairs, yardwork, and shoveling walks! The apartment complex and grounds are kept tidy, the facilities are top-notch, and the neighbors are friendly and well-mannered. The climate-controlled garage is a fantasy come to life! I love living at the Maine…. It feels live home. The staff is so friendly and on top of all business matters…. The tenets are super nice and friendly…. It feels like a tight community, like you never want to leave. I can sincerely say that the people here don’t have attitudes or negativity…… it feels calm and peaceful. The buildings are all very well kept…..and the office staff is AMAZING 😁…. It’s because they treat everyone with a great deal of respect. If you decide to make Preserve you next home ….. you will have no regrets.

I lived in Preserve on Maine from 2018-2019. As I'm preparing to move yet again, I felt compelled to write a review. Although we moved away from Minnesota two years ago now, my partner and I still talk about how we miss our apartment at Preserve on Maine. The finishes are higher end and fantastic for the price. The building was very quiet with respectful neighbors. We enjoyed living in South Rochester. Everything you need is either within a 10 minute drive or in the building. Amenities were great. I am a former resident who has since moved to AZ. I just want to say that, although I have searched, I cannot find the same comfortable, friendly, "neighborly" atmosphere I had at the Preserve on Maine. I knew I was blessed to live in such a gorgeous place but had no idea HOW BLESSED. I see that Mandy is still there. She was extremely helpful and attentive to my insecure little self. I loved the Happy Hour's - met so many kind neighbors. The food, crafts and games were spectacular! I should be coming back to Rochester soon and believe me, I will be looking for a place at Preserve On Maine again

We are currently renting our 2 bedrooms apartment from the Preserve on Maine. I am very pleased, I love the place for many reasons. Well located and close to stores, downtown is just 15 mins away. The staff is great, they are the kindest and nicest people, always ready to help you with a friendly smile and great attitude. The place is modern and well kept, pet friendly. There are social areas in each building, the main building has the pool besides areas for watching TV, play pool and more. There is also a gym and playground for kids and more amenities.
