I lived at this apartment for several years prior to the change of management and re-naming to the Vista. I was initially apprehensive of a new management. Kim and Amy have been awesome managers. We recently moved out of our apartment after purchasing our home, and they were both supportive and made the process very easy. There were no extra charges on move out. I would recommend this apartment complex and this management.

My wife & I have lived here a little over a year. Recently one of our toilets was not flushing properly. After our attempts with plunging, and Brad in maintenance's attempt to clear the line, he ended up calling a plumber who quickly determined it wasn't a plugged line as we had thought, but the toilet itself needed to be replaced.
As my wife and I are older, we wanted a comfort height toilet, not the standard height that the units have. I was told to find the toilet I wanted and I agreed to pay the difference.
The toilet was installed the next day. We are quite pleased at how quickly the job

Loved living here before current management. Before, staff was very on top of communication, maintenance was timely and efficient, and any visit to the office was professional and friendly. With new management, visits have been at the most neutral and at the worst, ineffective. When management first came in and the mask mandate was in effect, staff rarely wore their mask when their residents entered the office making their lack of care us and our families apparent. Communication was extremely limited in terms of changes under this new management and after multiple interactions we decided to move

I have lived here for 2 years now and recently moved from a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom after my roommate decided to move in with her boyfriend. I am so incredibly thrilled to be able to stay in this beautiful complex. The units are gorgeous and spacious and the management/maintenance staff are the best. Kim and Amy made the move-out/move-in process so easy for me. Brad and the rest of the maintenance team solve any issue in a very timely manner. It's very clear how much they care about their residents and I feel so lucky to live at this wonderful place.

I am writing this review on Easter Sunday. My wife and I have lived here for 4 years and today (Easter Sunday) our refrigerator failed. Brad from maintenance retuned our emergency request phone call within minutes. In less than an hour he was at our apartment working on the fridge. By noon we had a new fridge in our apartment and Brad was even kind enough to swap our all of our food from the old fridge to the new fridge. Brad-your efforts do not go unnoticed, you have worked here at Vista since the day we moved in and have always brought a high level of professionalism to your work. We appreciate

Honestly wish we could have moved into The Springs when we first moved to Rochester. Before we even moved in Zac knew our names and was so nice to work with. The apartment is amazing, the huge kitchen and windows are amazing. We get natural light inside it’s great. The community is fantastic and the resident events are really fun. Also all the cute doggos! Zac actually gets to know his residents and always has time to chat with us. Maintenance team is amazing as well!

I’ve had an amazing experience here! Since I was touring in February to when I decided to move here and my move in date! Zac has been so helpful in helping me set up and answering all the questions I have! I am also obsessed with the natural lighting in the rooms!

My husband and I have really enjoyed living here the past few years! Our 2nd level apt is really spacious and we use our balcony all the time. I love that this complex is pet friendly. The staff is also very nice and helpful if any issues come up. I think the price is worth it to feel very safe in this quiet, gated community. The pool is awesome in the summer and I think they do a really great job with the landscaping!
