I’ve used RPM for the last three years and they have been wonderful. Anything I needed they were right there. Prompt and professional every time. If you are in need of a rental Mgmt company I would strongly recommend these guys. Been in business a long time and know what they are doing. Give them a call you’ll be glad you did.

Worst property management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of renting from. I feel bad for the owners who have left their homes under RPM’s care.
EDIT IN RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: We never asked to terminate our lease. We first asked RPM if we could transfer the remainder of the lease to a new occupant, they approved our request, we found a new occupant, they paid the application fee, and THEN RPM told us they would not allow this. The individual was willing to sign a new 1 year lease, guaranteeing the homeowner and RPM an additional 8mo of rental income without their having to lift a finger

Being an out of state investor can be very challenging and Property Management is the key. Converting to RPM has ben an outstanding move. Keith and Jeff have done a great job of managing my properties as they are well maintained. Phone calls are ALWAYS answered by their staff who also do a fantasic job!

RPM is BY FAR the most honest, reputable, well managed, transparent and professional property management company in Baltimore. Keith and his staff are always available, friendly and up to the task. I have been a client with RPM for 10 years. Property Management is a challenging business where one is constantly balancing tenants, owners, and maintenance. The folks at RPM work among these challenges on a daily basis as well as anyone I have seen. For many years I lived out of state and it was important for me to work with someone I trusted and Keith and the folks at RPM have earned my trust over the years. Being local they not only get "the real estate market" they get "Baltimore" and that knowledge is a real value when issues come up and they need to be resolved. I know people who share nightmare
