I have appreciated the experience I’ve had living here. My unit is pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom which sits right off the Harbison trail. I love it! Anytime I’ve had any issues which have been few, the maintenance team has quickly addressed the issue. I’ve never had any issues with pest, nor have I seen anything that made me feel unsafe or uncomfortable as a resident! The property manager is so gracious, and typically makes herself available should you need her. Under this current management, I can honestly say I’ve had no issues and where there has been room for improvement, it has occurred

Nice water to sit by and relax. So basically they ruined 3bars of soap, 4 tooth brushes, 4 rugs, and my bathroom fruniture when they came. If I would of known they would make a mess, I could of moved everything out. This stuff cost money and I have to pay for their mistakes. My bathroom shelves fruniture is brand new and hasn't been the same since they left. Pics from June 18th when they sent a company to work on the tub. Always an inconvenience with these apartments.

This place is okay. Overall, the apartment itself is nice. But when we first got the apartment it was not cleaned at all. One thing I do like is how spacious the main room is. The biggest problem is BUGS. It’s the small roaches and they are everywhere. We have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them. We have called multiple times for someone to come out and spray and it never happens. The insulation in the winter is god awful. It’s super cold!! I will say, the front staff people have always been really nice. I believe the woman who owns the property is super sweet as well. I don’t think the bug

I went through the application process for a lease, paid my application and administrative fees. For days I would call to check the status of my application and couldn’t get an answer for weeks. So I moved on with a different apartment. 2 weeks after moving on I reached back out to Lakes At Harbison for a refund of my $150. I was told I could only be refunded $100 and it would take 30 days for a check to be mailed to me. 45 days later no check. Called back, property manager said he would get in touch with corporate office and get it sent overnight. 2 weeks later, still nothing. This place is

Don't even bother with this place. There have been two shootings that occurred over the last year. In fairness it was only a car and the front of a building that got hit... no real issue...no one was killed... this time. I have had two major water leaks. The last water leak resulted in a hole above my living area more than two months ago and still hasn't been fixed.

This places is a nightmare and a joke! I signed the lease and immediate i wanted to go. Roaches crawled on me more than once and i consider myself OCD with cleaning. a complete nightmare! Beside I finished the lease on August 8th, nobody show up to get the keys, nobody answer the phone ever. I sent a text message and they just answer that Corporate will communicate with me. I had to left the keys on a mailbox. A joke!

I've stayed at this complex for 2 years. Before the new owners management came along in 2020 it was amazing!!! Management was everything and service was perfect!

This community is not safe to live in, and the property management company does not care. On Friday, June 12th, the apartment below mine was shot up. The following day, Saturday June 13th, a shout out occurred in the parking lot. Bullets entered the homes of residents in the resulting crossfire, and luckily no one was injured. Myself and other tenants no longer felt safe living here. The response from the management has been absolutely appalling, nothing short of banal, apathetic drivel that treated both incidents as unrelated, random, isolated incidents. They barred some tenants from breaking

I've recently started renting at Lakes, and I have to say, I am MORE than impressed. The staff is AMAZING. They always take the time to answer my calls and questions. I never feel anything less than welcomed and valued. The apartment is great, my neighbors are kind and quiet. I feel safe. Perfect amount of space. Minutes away from anything and everything. Highly recommend, and happy to be a resident.

It’s raining and water is pouring in my bedroom window by the bucket fulls. I called emergency maintenance and they said just move your stuff we can’t fix that until tomorrow. Hello, did you miss the part where I said BY THE BUCKET FULLS?! This is the second time this has happened. It happened in apt B09 too. If you move here, be prepared for your belongings being ruined by water damage, neighbors blast their car speakers in the middle of the night under my bedroom window, people constantly smoking pot and cigarettes in the breezeways, bugs everywhere. So glad we finally moved!! These apartments are nothing like they have pictured on their website and have a horrible Bug, and roach infestation. We had pest control at our apartment almost every week, and still had a horrible problem with Roaches! Maintained never really fixed the problems, they just put a bandaid over it long enough for it to last a couple of months. Not nearly enough parking, dangerous complex with Multiple car break ins and harassing neighbors. Management doesn't do anything when there is a problem between tenants, other than hide in the office and not answer their phone

I am a current resident, a day or two after I moved in I started seeing roaches! I requested my apartment be treated for the pest but it didn't work! The roaches crawl inside of small cracks in the wall, sprays or pest treatment haven't worked and I'm still dealing with them till this day!!! Management advised that I move to another unit they have available, but I did not have the time nor the patience to move alllllllll my belongings to another apartment ( large sectional couch, king bed, large heavy desk etc.) when I'm already settled in. First off, don't believe a lot of the favorable reviews posted in the beginning of 2016. The management put flyers on everyone's doors saying if they wrote a good review, they would have a chance to win a 50" 1080-dpi flatscreen. Was once I nice place and had a resident police officer but recently went through a period of many vacancies. So, they lowered their requirements and now there's a lot of young lowbrows. Garbaged dropped constantly in lots and walkways. There was a party at an apt in January that spilled out into the parking lot for a shouting
