It was never just about training people, it was about helping them reach their goals and pass their own limits; to cheer them on as they sweat off their own inner defeat. Since 1993 more and more people have joined our crew. We offer techniques and workouts that are truly something different. I just had my first two free sessions.

Ever since I joined Suicide I became addicted to the pain of soreness! Diego, Eli, Maui....anyone part of their team that you meet are professional respectful, motivating individuals.
The ambiance is very family oriented, I bring my kids every so often and everyone is kind and helpful. I’m motivated to come everyday because of the family like environment, the workouts that are rigorous but beneficial, and the motivation during the workout that is truly like none other!
