I worked with Christopher Davis of JFQ and he couldn't have been more attentive or helpful while I was going through the process of refinancing my condominium. He explained everything to me and made the process enjoyable and we closed quickly.

I refinanced to a good rate (hence the second star). I have purchased and refinanced many homes and I have never had so many “one more item” requests. To make things worse, they placed the lien on my property TWICE! They have taken weeks (and counting) to fix their mistake . Three days would have been expected. Absolutely cannot recommend.

We refinanced our home with the goal of taking advantage of lower mortgage rates. The process was seamless from the time we contacted JFQ Lending to closing. Our loan officer was very professional, kind and responsive. We had a lot of questions, we sought a lot of clarity and because of our jobs...had to ask a lot of those questions in the evening and on weekends. Our loan officer was easy to get ahold of and kept us updated with timelines. We had to use two of their vendors for the appraisal and closing but it was also seamless.

Very unprofessional and won’t leave you alone. They try really hard to scam you out of your money. They will access you information with your social without permission. Not to mention they are still wanting to come to my house after I said I wasn’t interest. Good thing hubby is a cop.

JFQ has zero integrity and use unethical tactics to make you feel as if the loan is an absolute shoe-in so you pay for the appraisal. What they failed to tell us is that our loan approval was contingent on our house appraising at a certain value. This company allows their loan officers to gamble with your hard-earned money and manipulate you into… proceeding with the loan. Had I known this information prior, I would NOT have moved forward with the refinance.
I had my choice taken from me by this company and I am now out $600. $600 during a pandemic no less.

First off, I would like to say for someone who had a very unusual situation, my loan officer Hunter Lanchbury was 100% through and through with this entire process. Im not even sure I would have even qualified if it wasn’t for Hunter making sure he did everything he could with underwriting.
