Just moved in here and excited about it, first off i wanna start of by saying keirstian from the leasing office has made moving here one of the best experiences I’ve had, she went out of her way to make sure everything was set up for me and even though i can be annoying she made sure she took care of everything for me….i usually don’t leave reviews but she needs to be recognized and praised, if anyone deserves a raise it’s her because things started rough but she turned everything around for me…sofar I’m glad to call this place home…keirstian is a big reason why this review is getting

I moved here in 2020 through a referral. Living here is not bad at all. The best thing I enjoyed about this place was my kids getting picked up in dropped off through the schools transportation services. My apartment was the end unit, very spacious decent rental rates. The only downfall this entire building have is the infestation with mouse. They provide treatment for it, but unfortunately the services the terminator provide hasn’t been the best. I gave up on the monthly treatment it was a waste, the infestation problem is bigger than the building. The second downfall I had in my unit is mildew

I've never written a review for anything before, but I feel I need to write one for this place to stop anyone from making the same mistake I did when I decided to move here.
This is by far the worst residential experience I've ever had. I was hopeful things would improve when the complex changed management, but they've only gotten worse. It is currently over 80 degrees in my apartment because they have yet to turn air conditioning on. Every time I call to ask when it will be turned on, the answer I get is they are still working on repairs. These "repairs" have been going on for over two weeks

My grandmother lives here, she is happy but sometimes it can be unclear to her what the plans are for the building going forward. I recommend, and love many people who live there. There is a slight problem with a couple dogs who pee in places where they shouldn't, but (like I said, I do not know for sure) I was told that they will be putting in a camera soon. There is a mail room where you can find a package closet, a amazon locker, and mailboxes for each apartment. There is also a restaurant on the first floor (drinks, ice cream, other foods that I forget at the moment).

We got tired of excuses about the HVAC and pipes—every six months we‘d find mold surrounding the windows in our living room, dining room, and both bedrooms. Where to begin? Place is falling apart. The elevators are beat up by the residents or guests. The HVAC creates positive pressure and whatever smells are in the apartments get pushed into the hallways. (quite a few weed smokers) Some residents have taken to jamming blankets under the doors so they don't have to breath it. Also, because of the way… the air works and poor maintenance, the trash chute doors are open and wafting hot garbage into the halls. My son lives at The Falls At Roland Park in a one bedroom apartment. I was just house sitting for him while he was in Florida and I was IN LOVE with his apartment! It was very spacious and I loved the set up, & the inunit laundry was definitely a plus as well. I was so comfotable there that I didnt even want to leave. I was in no rush thats for sure 😁

I been here 2 months so far I can say it’s a very beautiful building and great apartment sizes, maintenance ppl keep up and are great with availability.. the security cameras & parking sucks though, I have to deal with dog urinate on the elevators, and it’s been frequent vehicle vandalism. No protection for my cars and the lack of working cameras is no help at all.. They are good with giving back to the residents & the cafe is delicious and convenient!

I moved to The Falls in June and I'm happy living here. The management team works hard and is responsive. I wish my neighbors would clean up after their pets and there's always going to be something to repair or what have you, but overall, I've got a huge apartment that doesn't cost an arm and a leg with hardwood floors, a breakfast bar, a dishwasher and W/D in the unit, lots of closets and a huge balcony with an awesome view and it's in the City! Very accessible to I-83 and 695.

1. The ceiling in our second bedroom just fell and collapsed the day we moved in. We reported three… times. Every time, the leasing office staff promised us that it would be fixed in a day.
