I haven't moved in yet but Amanda made the whole applying process so easy! She was so helpful and informative! This is my second time renting an apartment and I can already tell I am going to love it here much more than my previous apartment. I am so excited to move in :) The property is so clean and beautiful I know they work hard to keep it that way. Thank you so much Amanda!!

Very unprofessional Amanda or corporate respond to emails. Helping another tenant with the same problem of a vehicle wrongfully towed, when my daughter asked for help on reimbursement they said no they couldn’t do anything. While reading reviews from another tenant a week ago she got refunded and not only that an Uber to get her car out of the pound. Very unprofessional.

I have never had a problem while living here at Villas at The Parks...
however!
I recently got towed at my APARTMENT. for not having a permit sticker...
meanwhile I had asked AMANDA for one as to getting a NEW CAR, she let me know they had ran out and I a RESIDENT had to park outside the gate for weeks. as a bartender I get off work past 3AM, so i had to stop parking outside the gate, as its DANGEROUS.
and AFTER being towed Amanda made sure i got my parking sticker the same day!!
my question to her was WHY couldn't she have done so when I initially asked!! or had she even wrote down I needed

I have been here for 10 years, I know everyone here and it just kills me anybody can put a review a review without living here, that Susan, Juanita and Ashley don't even live here, or that Susan says her daughter, people so mean.. this place is quiet, peaceful and the manager is a nice lady. This manager is better than all the ones we had before!! God is watching all of us and God do not like ugly tell the truth, this apartments are very nice and affordable

I’ve had a horrible experience living at this apartment. It started out very peaceful and quiet until I’ve had my car towed multiple times. I’ve asked to get a parking pass on plenty occasions. I got into an accident and bought a new car. Within the first 3 days it got towed. Maria no longer works there and Amanda is in charge. Nothing gets done by the new manager.
She has gone so far as to delete my google review multiple times. The only recent 5 star review you’re reading is hers. It’s amazing how ignorant people are to the LAW. Especially apartments! She uses lots of scare tactics

AVOID THIS APT AT ALL COSTS!! I have never had a problem with this apartment my first two years here until I met the new manager. I loved this apartment because it was affordable, safe for children to play outside and there is lots of parking.
My only problem is that there is so much parking but they tow cars here all the time. In the entire event that I have been living here I haven’t had a problem until now. My car was wrongfully towed when I notified the office that I just got a second car. I have communicated trying to get another parking pass but no response.

RUN! These apartments are extremely bias, if you planned on establishing a home this isn’t the place to give interest in. Villas is riddled with cosmetic wear and POOR management. To top it off there is no voice here unless you’re a percentage of the population. Management walks freely into your home even when you’re not present, this has occurred MULTIPLE TIMES. Due to the suspension of some of my belongings being misplaced I have installed cameras into my home. Amanda is such a sweet heart and very professional. yes the apartment is not perfect but knowing the management care that is enough for me. they have surveillance cameras everywhere and it makes me feel at ease most especially having kids. recently my car got towed wrongfully and first thing in the morning amanda called me and made sure to correct the mistake and even got me an Uber to get my car and refund the money I paid for the tow. I highly recommend try villas at the park . its quite place and near everything.

I am not giving this apartment complex any stars for a reason. I applied here and put a deposit down on an apartment I was approved for. Three days later I was told I was not approved. Now over two weeks later they still have not returned my deposit money to me. Today, was told the office manager I was talking to is no longer at this apartment complex. Huge red flag folks. Beware, they look nice and sound nice. But...they are no different

My newly renovated two bedroom apartment is charming, cozy and clean. Love the hardwood-like floors and open concept of dining room, kitchen and living areas. The property is well maintained, and the staff's friendly and always attentive to any needs that arise. Most units are one story with no upstairs neighbors, creating a quiet atmosphere. The location is great! Close to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Super easy access to I-20.

to God knows who I have asked for Corporate info . And they refuse to give me the information they changed the name to VILLAS AT THE PARKS a Ms. Vivian up in the front office is running the show here and she is going about it the wrong way . When you want to talk to her about a complain she hides behind close doors and she goes around making changes and not put out flyers with info. About the changes.
