My husband and I moved in about a month or two ago and have loved our time here. The units are spacious, clean and quiet. Jonathan is incredibly helpful, flexible, and responsive. From the first call to learn about the complex to move-in day to everyday living, he has worked with us and made us feel at home. He has gone out of his way multiple times for us and you can tell how much he cares about taking care of Windy Shores and its residents. 10/10 would recommend!

I have lived @ Windy Shores for over 10 years now. I love my home, I especially want to recognize the new property manager. He is a dish, a joy to be around always laughing and smiling. Now you can tell he is trying to run a tight ship and make Windy Shores presentable and flattering for us residents and our guest.
Its a shame that other don't like to compile with rules that where set before this gentleman came along. Its not new for us to take care of our back yards, front yards and follow the pool and work out room rules.

I'm really curious to know how many of these reviews were asked to be done? My family recently moved in and it's been nothing but issues that are constantly ignored. I know for a fact that many residents also have many issues with their units and the staff. A lot of us have gone to the general manager in writing but, still nothing gets done. My family said that they've never seen the general manager. Just odd that there's reviews missing and all of a sudden there's " good " reviews.

I've been here for almost a year and its been good and bad. The street we live on floods with heavy rain, to the point we cant get out of the garage or drive. But for the most part we love it here. Jonathan is an awesome manager, he is very sweet and always is willing to sit down with me if i have a question. I've seen him handle multiple issues at once, and always with a sweet and pleasant attitude. Keep up the great work Jonathan.

My girls and I have loved our new home at Windy Shores!! We moved into our home in September right in the middle of the management change, and what an awesome team we got !! Johnathan and Zoe are awesome always attentive to any needs and maintenance issues I’ve had , even as far as to come out himself when he didn’t have maintenance to fix an issue . We have even talked a few friends into moving into Windy Shores. You can’t go wrong it’s affordable and beautiful

The new management team is so easy to talk with. Jonathan and Zoe were very professional and understanding when I had to go speak with them this morning. It definitely makes a difference that we can actually go "into" the office.
