So this morning as I am leaving a friends apartment that resides here, there's a tow truck about to tow my car and the friend I was with started telling them to wait that I am going downstairs to get it, as I run to get inside my car the manager who I did not get her name, but she had blonde hair , asked me in a very rude manner, "does this look like a parking space to you?" I have tried being optimistic about the Arts at Ocean, but after two years of aggravating situation after situation, my patients have all but worn thin. We have had all of the same problems as other reviewers have described, including an out of control cockroach infestation, car break ins and even vehicle thefts, unprofessional and unqualified maintenance staff, dog urine and feces all over, belligerent neighbors, unresponsive management, continual water leaks, mold in the air vents, and raw sewage spewing into our unit. We had pretty much the same problems as the other reviewers. Huge cockroach problem, horrible maintenance staff and the management team outright lies. At the end of it all, they didn't even send our final move out/deposit information to the address I left with them and then sent us off to collections after promising they'd take care of the problem. Don't live here!!

We were forced to move out of this place 4 months before our lease was up because we could not breathe here. They have a terrible rat problem, so they put out bait, the rats died in the air vents and there was nothing that could be done. There's black mold through all the air vents.
We paid $860 a month for 4 months to an uninhabitable apartment, and just when we feel we're finally done, we get a letter in the mail today that we owe them another $500 for a fridge being broken that was working fine when we left.
Whoever claims the new management is better

The management team is relatively new, so everything you read on here does not precisely pertain to their current reign over things. Perhaps you are paying a little extra for the view, but to be fair, the sunrise is like nothing else. As far as the other comments are concerned; I've found nothing to complain about since moving in 2 months ago. The staff is kind, courteous, and has a handle on everything. The apartment complex has a lot to be desired. The management team is very friendly but they are employees like many of us and their hands are tied. Very sad that a potentially nice piece of property is just not kept up. There is a drainage ditch that runs under the property from the street to the water and all of the trash from the street collects along the water side a very big eyesore especially for the people that pay for the water view!!
