My husband and I first met with Mary. We told her what we were looking for. She assured us that they could accommodate those wishes. We later met with Amanda and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She made herself available every time we called or came by for measurements, etc. She made the entire process easy for us. We love our new home and have never felt more welcome! It’s very peaceful and quiet. Our dog absolutely loves it! We can’t thank you enough Amanda!!!

I spent 3 months at this dump and moved out as soon as possible. The place was in horrible condition but the pictures online looked okay when we signed the lease. Save yourself and do not move in here. It was filled with roaches, maintenance was horrible. The people that work there are awful. They will absolutely lie about the condition you leave the place and try and charge you extra when you leave. Be warned!

My experience with the Pavilions at Northshore has been great so far! The office workers are very helpful and positive. Cynthia helped me through the renting and move-in process. She had everything prepared for me, so everything went smoothly. Amanda was also a great help. She gave me a thorough tour, and was patient in answering all my questions.

I lived here with my husband for 12 months. When we moved in, we noticed that the carpet was absolutely infiltrated with pet hair which has supposedly been professionally cleaned before our move in. The entire place reeked of mold and the carpet always felt moist. Despite the rigorous pest control, we had a roach problem, they’re probably coming from the internal walls. Something out of a horror movie. And then when when we moved out, we were charged a a crazy sum for repairs ! This place is deemed unlivable!

It was a great experience living here. The pools and grounds were always clean and maintenance was professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their community events especially the food drive during the beginning of the pandemic. The location is convenient and the price was good for being next to the country club. I would definitely recommend Pavilions.

It has been an amazing experience. We just moved in a few weeks ago and the leasing staff has been a pleasure to work with. Amanda and Mary the manager had such positive attitudes and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family. The grounds are very well kept and the pool feels amazing. Thank you Pavilions for all your hospitality.

Don’t rent here.
Our apartment was on the B side and they never told us that this unit had issues with mold. The people who rented it before us told me to watch out for it because they had big issues with it and they wouldn’t fix it. We told them the fan in our restroom was leaking water and all they did was put silicone around the fan and didn’t… see where the water was coming from or even care.. I was constant having health issues while living here because of the mold.
They told my husband we can add and take off a garage whenever we want so we added one and then they

Warning: if you decide to move they require a 60 day notice. Very strict on that or they will charge you unreasonably for each day past the 60 days. Then if you decide to move out early even though you plan on paying up until your lease ends because you have to move into your new home .....you’ll end up with a $9,000 bill. Apparently you are not… allowed to do such a thing. My family expanded and I would have gone over my max allowed family members for a two bedroom apartment and this is what get.

I searching the entire coastal bend for a place to rent that was suitable for my family and would also accept my big doggy. I love the pool. I love the courtyard. And they have the BEST workout room I've ever seen in an apartment complex, it is like our own private little gym. The Pavilions are quiet, relaxing and beautiful.
