DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The management company is a joke and they will rob you blind. Make up rules as they go, charge you for anything and everything and not tell you. Then sends you to collection agencies with no warning. I was never late with rent and left my apartment in better shape than when I moved in. They sent me to collections. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Check reviews on google - Our rent was 929 when we moved in, and for the same apartment ( not updated) we were paying 300+ more from 2017 - 2020. Corporate / office is terrible about communication, and it’s been almost 90 days since we’ve been gone and we still haven’t received our refund on our deposit.

Since I’ve lived here the management and office staff has completely changed. Most of the units have mold, the gates are always broken, theft occurs often, stolen vehicles have been recovered here, my rent has gone up almost $300 for the same non updated apartment (2/1) the amenities are limited/ closed and no discount given for our rent. (You can rent at harbor oaks for around $800 for a bigger apartment than ours where theres no amenities available ) closed because concern for pandemic YET the rented out the air bnb on site to out of towners... no concern there.) These people reported to 2 different collections agencies! I was told as long as i return the gate clicker i would get a refund of the $40 i was charged, they changed the policies now and i did not receive a refund. They will also give you a dirty apartment to move in to & if you dont leave it clean(even with the mess they did not clean) they will tackle the fees on to you when you move out.

These people sell you at the door then drop you off the planet. We lived here for 3 months moved all the way from south Louisiana and my boyfriend got laid off his job and could not find another one and they never bothered helping us with the lease. I would never refer this place to anyone! Not to mention how cheap everything was made there! $1235 a month and had to fix more stuff ourselves than maintenance did. Cabinet doors just falling off, microwave went out, toilet lid screws kept breaking, mosquitoes like crazy! Live and learn tho.

Worst experience with apartments and "management" there. The apartments are cheap quality but expensive to live in. "Management" picks and chooses who the rules apply to and refuse to do anything if you have any complaints. I've lived in bigger cities in nicer apartments with friendly/knowledgeable staff and paid less. I will never again refer anybody to this place.

Disclaimer: We didn't pick this community to live as home due to some needs of our family.
However, I wanted to say that our experience with staff has been very polite and helpful. They were very informative and willing to show us more than one apt available. They answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. The property was beautiful and very well picked up. The homes were all nice and had some great uniqueness like built in desks and a built in book shelves. Decent closet space. Overall, very positive experience. We chose a different location that fit our needs best in another

The complex is nice with shaded areas and places to walk. The 2-bedroom apartment I have is very nice. Enjoy having lots of windows and huge closets in the bedrooms. The only other closet though is a small pantry in the kitchen. No linen closet in the bathroom. I really wish the kitchen had more cupboards. It also only has two small drawers. Glad to have a dishwasher and microwave provided.
The complex currently allow dogs which is both good and bad. I have two well trained dogs. I pick up after them and see others doing the same. There are those however that don't. I wish they had a policy
