The worst place you can go. Two ladies working at the office are great but the people that actually live there are terrible. Don’t do it will be the worst 6 month of your life

Horrible place… dirty full of roaches. Trash cans and laundry room are always dirty and never work. Kids destroy everything and graffiti on the freshly painted walls. Maybe this place would be managed better if you got rid of the staff and hired some new ones that actually do something. This place is ghetto but can be better starting with the management. For those of you writing nice comments must be paid or a friend of the manager because there is no positive things about this place.

Okay, so it’s really as bad as it seems honestly. Roaches, roaches, roaches the 1-star reviews are true. It’s a living nightmare here, children in the parking lot, loud neighborhood, and it’s honestly the worst place to live out of all of the areas. As bad as I want to move I can’t, please just don’t move here it’s a problematic area and the staff is just as bad as the living quality. Move somewhere else before it’s too late to even get out, just a little suggestion.

I have lived in Doriana Apartmens since I was in elementary school i liked the neighborhood, the laundry was close and there was a pool where my older brother and I enjoyed in those hot days and the managers were always keeping an eye on my older brother and I when we were young when my mom worked at nights

I've lived in Doriana Apartments for 18 years. I was reading some of these comments from others and I must say, they do not reflect my experience here. The manager Dania is always a wonderful and helpful person to my family and I. She is very attentive and always follows up with us regarding any problems we have. She has even gone out of her way to help us find our cat whenever she runs away (which happens more than I am proud to admit), and I am eternally grateful for that. Also, the pool may not be the cleanest, but when there are hundreds of people living here, I believe a realistic expectation

Consistent with city living, there are bound to be issues here and there (it's a large property), but management does a decent job of running things with their small and personable team.
If you're looking for the lavish San Diego experience, this place is not for you. However, if you still value the creature comforts of neighborhood communities then look no further.
A down to earth mentality and appreciation for close knit communities is a must.

Please someone call Turko Files on this place and get the manager Dania fired!!!! Not only does the management not want to do anything but she is the worst and rudest person. She lies about everything and never fixes anything or takes complaints into consideration. If they do fix something they will replace it with used parts from other apartments. The washrooms are horrible never work either. People doing drugs everywhere and getting into fights. Victoria E. I would love to reach out and discuss all the problems so give me a good number to contact progressive because the last time I called to

If you have any pets such as dogs and cats, this place ia super pet friendly. Ive lived here for many years and everyone is super friendly. If you ever have a problem in your apartment that needs maintenance, all you need to do is call the front managers office and they'll have it fixed in no time. The manager is super nice and very understanding so no need to worry about a mean manager. There's a skate park just down the hill, a park and a little plaza as well if you get hungry.

It's ideal first apartment. These apts been around since the 70s and look better than a lot of places. A staple of paradise hills something affordable BUT also stable for newlyweds. A little ghetto but mainly blue collar people looking for a break.

Lived there for many years and the management was very attentive and nice. Never had an issue with them. The complex is not in the best neighborhood but overall i felt safe living there. I had good neighbors, on site laundry room, and the management always handled my complaints about rug, plumbing, new unit updates in a timely manner. Only giving 3 stars though due to the following: parking lot needs to be repaved, parking spaces should be assigned according to where you live on the complex, never park out in the street because you would get hit.

I lived at the Doriana Apartments for a year and can honestly say that it was not a great experience. The reasons why I say this is because the apartment I was renting was infested with roaches. Roaches every where!!! When I moved out I had to get rid of all my furniture because I didn't want to take them to my new place. I'm a clean person and even after cleaning and using bleach they would still come out. I was embarrass to have company in fear that they will see the roaches. Management is okay, never did have an issue with them. Maintenance is not so great. If I needed something fixed

A few words can sum up my experience at Doriana:

Roaches.
Noise.
Roaches.
Terrible, horrendous parking.
Roaches.
Overflowing trash.
Roaches.

Roaches.
Strange smells.
Did I mention the roaches? The management tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them - even having pest control come every other week. They came 3 times in one week and it never made a difference to the roaches. The bugs just survived all the many forms of poison. I never left open food or messes, so it was a nasty infestation.
They let me out of my lease without fees because they couldn't get the

Where do I start! The lack of parking spots, the bugs, the bad neighbors? Pretty much all of it! When we first moved in the whole apartment was filled with fleas... They came into spray the place once and it didn't do the trick, and when they came again it kind of helped. We weren't able to move anything in and had to constantly vacuum the carpets almost everyday to ensure that the fleas were gone. Then we started seeing ants EVERYWHERE. We are clean people and don't leave food out, garbage, or dirty clothes but somehow they always seemed to pop up. All over the bathroom and the

I lived in this place for 3 years, by far the hardest 3 years of living. This place has minimal good things about it. One is that there are a few good neighbors living here. The second is that no one cares what you do! But I wouldn't recommend this place to live because of the HUGH Roach problem this place has going on. We had gone through 3 microwaves and 3 couches in 3 years. Could never have people over because of shame and disgust of the roaches. Ive never hated living at a place more than I hated living here. Management is okay. The Manager Dania is a very cool manager and will work with

I have lived here for more than 10 years so I know the good and the bad living here.

1. Apartment:
For a small family of 3 - 4 this is spacious enough for you. Make sure to note and tell the manager what you want them to renew such as the carpets before moving in. Kitchen is a little small and it does not include a microwave. The bathroom is big enough for one person but it gets crowded when 2 or more people are using it to put on make up, brush teeth, etc. The master bedroom is not as big as other people want it to be but for us it's good enough (if you're getting a 2 bedroom apartment
