Meeting Rooms Report

The High Country Conference Center Flagstaff features 29,700 square feet of flexible meeting space in three unique buildings. The first floor of the main building offers the spectacular Peaks Ballroom which will seat up to 1,000 guests or can be broken up into five separate meeting spaces. The second floor features additional event space with an executive boardroom and 2 additional break-out rooms.

The Conference Center also holds free community events like the High Country Call to Artists to promote community development and partnership through cultural pathways. Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff is located on the campus of Northern Arizona University. If you are going to rent it for a party, be very careful they charge us extra money ($2000+) after the party was over, claiming that extra people got into the party but they didn’t have how to prove it, very bad experience on that part.

Be careful with those guys when booking for your family reunion. They charged us extra $2000 because they were assuming we had 70 people extra over the 150 we had on the reservation. They didn’t know how many people were In The building, but they thought 70 extra people came over

Everything was prepared for, the meal, the tables, even the drinks. Customer service was on top of their Game. Hats off, to the staff! Excellent location, site was very modern, with a fireplace. All in all, the whole experience was worth going and enjoying my time there.

Polished and experienced, the facility and staff are state of the art. Parking was quick and easy. Walking distance to food and shops if you have good walking shoes.

I attended a conference here recently. Excellent staff, the food was good, av support was prompt. The room got a little cold, but hey it helps keep ya awake. Make sure you get your parking validated.

The staff were really helpful with parking validation and answering general questions. The conference I went to was catered by the facility. The food was good and delivered discreetly during presentations. They kept fresh coffee and beverages available throughout the day and at convenient locations throughout the center.
