Just when you thought we couldn't think of anything else, you find out we thought of a private air strip. Available for complimentary use by your private plane or charter aircraft, our 3,600-foot by 30-foot long paved air strip is located at longitude 111° 39' 0" and 36° 49' 0" N. It features a strip elevation of 3,700 feet.

This is one of my favorite areas. I have been visiting the Marble Canyon area since the late 1980s. There are many cool day hikes around here. You can watch boats taking off down the Colorado into the Big Ditch. You can hand out by the nearby Navajo Bridge in the mornings and look for California Condors. If you are not into camping, the Marble Canyon Lodge is only a couple miles from here, Good food, nice rooms, friendly folks.
