I have lived at this complex for 1 and a half years and I really like this place !
The office staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make me happy - and they Really care- much more than than other complexes I have experienced in Nashville.
The Brentwood location has an upgraded feel , clean and safe, much better than the other complexes I have lived at in Nashville.
I plan on staying here for a long time !

I had a terrible experience with this housing complex. I went to tour it with hopes of moving here. All went well with the tour. Michelle was the leasing agent who took me on the tour. I really liked the apartment I toured and I called my roommate to tell her I think we found our future home. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We did the application with all prompted paperwork filled out. We paid $70 each to apply, and then were denied. We were told it was a credit issue and that we would receive an email from RentGrow with further information explaining. Neither me nor my roommate received

We didn’t have a gated community for 1 month yet we still paid full price for rent. Maintenance does not call or give you a heads up at all before entering your apartment, maintenance work is shotty at best. 300$ pet fee (non refundable) and 20$/month pet rent is not a security deposit does not cover any damages in the apartment. (You’re better off not telling them you have a pet).
Bottom line is they’re totally money hungry. Have lived in way better places for way less. Would never recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Truly enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly. Whenever a problems comes up. They are very quick to take care of the problem. Maintenance are doing a great job. Very friendly and quick to repair things. I can't wait for this summer to enjoy the swimming pool. Hopefully we can have singles pool party or even just a pool party. Where we can get to meet each other. I highly recommend 👌 that people come check out Estates of Brentwood. When looking for a place to live. You truly can't go wrong moving here.

We have been in the corporate apartment here for 30 days and had a terrible experience. Our toilets don’t flush. When we reported it the maintenance tech assumed because I’m female with a baby I had stopped it up with baby wipes and tampons. We have also seen multiple roaches. When reported, it took days for the pest control to come out and he confirmed the complex has an “issue with roaches”. They allow parking on the curbs and I’ve been blocked in. When I asked the office about it they did not care at all and said it was allowed. They have not been very friendly to us at all. We honestly

My wife and I stopped in (called before) to see one of their apartments. When we arrived the leasing agent was able to scan my ID into her iPad, but was unable to scan my wife’s valid TN issued driver’s license.
We offered to let her keep them both while we viewed the apartment, but nope - she wouldn’t show any units because she couldn’t figure out how to scan my wife’s ID.

I've lived in many apartments. This place is my FAVORITE thus far. There really is no downside. The neighbors are quiet, mostly young working professionals and some people with kids. A lot of people are out walking their dogs at night and very friendly. The staff is OUTSTANDING. The interior finishes are TOP NOTCH (granite counter tops, etc.). They give you quality everything. Been here 3 years and the only reason I'd leave is if I buy a place.

**DON"T BE A VICTIM** I rented here and left my apartment in immaculate condition. I lived there for 3 months with an 8 lb chihuahua that was housebroken. This complex fabricated $8k worth of damages that I am now responsible for. I was charged for new carpets, countertops, resurfacing the bathtub, new blinds, ect... I had lost my job and had to… break my lease. They were aware of my situation and took advantage.
Facility Fees: They lied during my leasing process about average water/ trash fees.
Safety: A stranger knocked on my door one day with an obvious scam wanting me to give them money
