I wanted to love this apartment. When I did my walk-thru in March 2018 and saw all the upgrades I was immediately in love. I went during the day and the complex seemed quiet and safe, despite some unsightly lots across from the entrance. I was wrong.
I am a single woman and it took less than 2 months for me to realize the mistake I had made. This complex is not safe to live in alone. My first set of neighbors moved out and before I knew it I had a set of new neighbors that were quite clearly participating in illegal activity. People were coming and going at all hours of the day and management

Just moved in a week ago and signed my lease before I saw the place because I needed to move ASAP. Apartment was completely renovated. Moved in a week early to clean but the place was basically spotless. Haven’t see a bug. The entire two bedroom two bath was renovated. The issues that I had when I moved in was completely resolved within 24 hours so I love the maintenance team already. Love the leasing team. Parking is decent. When we first moved in, we loved the look of this place. We met some of the staff, and thought very highly of them. We were very hopeful that we would be there a long time. Since then things have gone rapidly downhill. We lived there a year(yesterday was the end of our lease), and had more issues than i had seen with a complex. They definitely tried to charge us for things that we did not cause. Even said we owed money for a week that we would be out by (had a prorated rate for our last month). I lived here for a year 2018-2019 and when I first moved in the management team that was there was big liars and not nearly as good as the management team they have now. They are truly amazing and great with names , I always felt welcomed when I walked into the office lol. I never had any issues with bugs the apartment units are extremely nice and anytime i needed something fix it was taken care of in a heartbeat. I moved because unfortunately I could not afford a 1 bedroom by myself but if I had the option I would have stayed hands down 😊 Thank you for your kindness ! What an amazing professional

Because there is no zero allowed I have to go with 1 * My son has been at Sona 10 months, his bathroom ceiling had to be repaired in the 2nd week for a water leak. His living room ceiling was removed in a very large area due to the upstairs neighbors water heater flooding. The apartment was flooded and unusable for days. Locks were changed on his apartment twice without his knowledge to allow maintenance in therefore locking him out when he came off shift at 2 am. he had to call a locksmith. His washer/dryer combo does not and has never worked.It fills with water from some unknown source and

Just recently moved into my new apt. It's newly remodeled, new appliances, floors. My building is pretty quiet considering i'm close the the main entrance of my building. So far I'm loving my new place. The gym is great. I also have a washer/dryer combo unit that came with the apt. I'm close to the interstate, so I'm pretty much close to everything.

Good place to live at! The one bedrooms are spacious and I love the finishes inside my apartment. The location is also cool, I can get to everywhere in Nashville pretty quickly, My favorite thing about SoNa is the Gym, it has everything and its open 24 hours. The lady at the office is super nice too, I recommend it!
