Moved here last August 2021 and it’s been a disaster the whole time I’ve been here. The only person, and I mean the only person who was helpful was Maria. I already had to move to a different unit due to neighbors and the insulation is so thin you can hear your neighbors doing everything. No one ever answers the phone and the money is not worth it. I’m very displeased with this apartment complex. The residents here are super noisy and there have been cars broken into. The gates that are supposed to be closed are open majority of the day. The trash and recycle is always overflowed and disgusting

Whetstone Flats are nice, upscale apartments with unbelievable amenities. I applied for this property during a very difficult time in my life and Francois delivered excellent customer service. He was professional and upfront which made the process go smooth. I look forward to making Whetstone my new home as soon as the keys are available to my new unit. This is truly a blessing from God and a great Christmas present for me and my family.

We recently moved here for my new job and we are loving our apartment as well as the amenities. The apartment is new, very well lit, spacious, and energy efficient for an extremely reasonable price. We looked at so many other properties that charged more or the same but were decades old and without half the amenities. PLUS, the staff is truly service-minded and make you feel at home from day one. Zack Hicks, in particular has been super friendly and helpful to us! You will not regret moving here.

The application process was easy to complete...but getting in touch with anyone on site, or to get a returned phone call was impossible. I called 13 (THIRTEEN) days in a row without a response from anyone, only to be sent on an audio recording loop with one of the most annoying voicemail voices ever. I left messages most of the time. No returned calls. Finally I visited on-site and was met with an attitude from an employee who had been transferred to fill in. He tells me all that's left is me needing to submit my income records. This is on DAY 11 after applying and being told I could have a move

I toured this community and I must say that Kristen helped me and she was AMAZING. She was super helpful and even offered to facetime a friend to allow us to make the right decision. If my job transfer goes through I can't wait to live here, and that decision will be easy knowing Kristen will be there to take care of all my needs. Thank you for being so sweet and helpful!

I've lived here for a year and a half and I love it. The apartments are spacious, modern, and are very well insulated as well as noise-reduced. Maintenance is prompt and the staff are super friendly. I haven't had any issues with neighbors. The pool area is nice in the summer. Parking can sometimes get crowded but it's never been a big issue. It's pet friendly too which is nice for me.

I love love love this place. Absolutely great cost for the location and the services. I've had several maintenance issues but they were handled immediately and effectively. The leasing agents care about me like I'm family. I have decent neighbors and it is really a great place to live. There are plenty of parking spots and they're building a new facility that will provide us with more space and recreational areas. I'm so excited to renew my lease here!

Avoid this place at all costs. The parking situation is terrible with tenants constantly double parking and leave their cars in front of fire hydrants. We're lucky we never dealt with any fire issues, but if had there's no way a fire truck could've 1) gotten into the parking area 2) been able to access the hydrant due to people blocking it. MGMT didn't absolutely nothing to discourage this. People were even allowed to park in handicapped spots...
