My family and I have lived here for almost 3yrs, and its been a great place to live. Management has been super helpful anytime we've had to call in, and the maintenance team is unmatched. They respond to each request within 24hrs and are incredibly polite. We've really enjoyed getting to know them over the past few years. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to move into the city without paying an arm and a leg!

It’s a really nice place to live. The pools use salt water instead of chlorine so that’s a plus and a reason why it’s my favorite amenity there’s also a nice tennis court and multiple small clothes wash stations. The rooms have light switches for some reason despite not having light fixtures. The community around us is very dog friendly as many people here have dogs. The area is nice with good streets.

I love the community - it’s beautiful, well taken care of, everyone is so kind and helpful, the amenities are fantastic, I love how close it is to everything, it’s so safe and comfortable, and I love all the happy puppies running around! I’ve had quite a few maintenance issues (not with maintenance themselves just with the place like AC unit and a couple other minor things) and that is the only reason I wouldn’t completely give it 5 stars, but I recommend it to everyone!

I lived here before I moved away and when I returned I decided to go back. I think the grounds are beautiful---all the trees and plantings make it a lovely place to walk. It's relatively quiet and I feel very safe. The only drawback is I've always been able to hear people moving around upstairs--but since I am a good sleeper it doesn't make a difference to me. I am delighted with the saltwater pools and fitness center and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I do wish they would do some updates and get rid of the vertical blinds and popcorn ceilings but, for the cost, Gazebo Apts are a wonderful

Moved in here at the end of July. I LOVE it. The staff is great, the amenities are awesome, and I don’t ever have a problem with my neighbors all around in my building... they all seem pretty nice. I love the location and there’s a Kroger with a gas station not too far. It’s a perfect commute to downtown and to Brentwood and La Vergne, which is where my roommate and I live. We haven’t had many issues with our apartment and the ones we did have, got fixed the next day after we put in a request. 10/10 would recommend
