My stay at the residence of forest grove, was ok,staff helpful when needed and friendly with me, it's a shame that people didn't resecept where they lived, always trash all over the place, my god throw it in the trash bin, my place was clean when I moved in and always clean, but heard about mold, can't say much about that, didn't go in other apartments

This place is awful. Our apartment was infested with cockroaches when we first moved in. There was also black mold in the kitchen that they had to come and remove that I found behind the stove from the leaking air conditioning. The management team is a joke. We moved out early and because it was empty they decided to change the locks and rent it out. Even while some of our stuff was still in the apartment and we just paid the rent for that month!! Had I not stopped by randomly they would have thrown out all our stuff to paint another layer of paint on top of the other 10 layer of peeling paint

Even if this is your last resort don’t do it. So happy to be leaving this place after a very miserable year. They might as well not have a office or maintenance staff because you call and never get an answer and when you do finally get to talk to someone they act as if you are the problem and for what you pay it’s definitely not worth it.

I have lived here a couple of years now. I have had a couple of issues, but most have been rectified.
The complex is relatively nice (at least the building I live in), and the new management is trying to fix the place up as far as I can tell.
There is a large immigrant population, which isn't an issue by itself, but they let their children run rampant. The children have been responsible for one of my AC outages, and they play games right next to my back patio, which scares both myself and my cat and bird as their toys/balls tend to hit my patio door to the point I'm worried they'll break it one

I just moved here and I have to say I love my apartment ! One of the deciding factors for me was Asst. Manager Kiera. She went above and beyond for me and that greatly influenced my decision. The renovations are awesome and the apartments look just like the pictures online. An added bonus is the shopping center in walking distance. I'm hoping my experience here will continue to be great ! I would definitely recommend The Residences at Forest Grove, look for Kiera.
