If it was possible to post a review without giving a star I would. The Overlook Apartments do not deserve a single star! have lived in the Overlook Apartments for years. I plan to move soon. I would not recommend the Overlook to anyone! I have seen the assistant manager, on many occasions treat the tenants as though they are an imposition to her. There are many maintenance issues in the building such as mold, the heat and air doesn't work in some apartments and shoddy maintenance repair work. The regional manager has a history of nepotism and several of the tenants are her relatives. The current

I contacted the owners of the facility regarding their employs harassing people and instead of checking into it they threatened me. I am a father of one of their tenants and they have the nerve to threaten me. I did not contact the building. I contacted the owners. They personally shot me down and dire guarded concerns. They under estimate the power of the enternet. These people are feeding off the poor and do nothing to increase the quality of life of their tenants. They chastised me for mentioning that their employees were using their position to gain power over the tenants, they steel food from
