Visited there saw the outside and decided to keep going window unit air conditioners, windows opened because they appeared broken and very ran down units

Lindsay 414 is a wonderful historic property to live at! The office staff made my move so easy and actually enjoyable! I highly recommend Lindsay 414 to any one who is looking for a new home!

Everything I sent into management was promptly handled and when the maintanence once forgot my request, the management sent me a coupon for a free pizza as an apology and the maintenance person came by the next day!! Would give them more than five stars if I could

The office responds quickly and are very friendly. I do love our apartment and the original style. However I do feel rent is overpriced, due to the noise and now knowing what others pay for very similar apartments. You can hear whoever lives above every move.

I lived here for a year and loved it. I resigned my lease and then a month later I saw a mouse. Told management and they just kept giving me glue traps. It's been three months since I saw the first mouse and I've killed 8. They didn't even come in to look for mouse holes, I had to find them. The premises is never clean they let the trash pile up until you can't get to a trash can to throw stuff away and it spills out into the parking lot. The maintenance man left a mess in my apartment and got caulk on my appliances. Overall management is very poor and doesn't take it's residents complaints seriously

I lived here for a year and had zero problems. I liked it so much I resigned my lease but a month later I started seeing mice. Management has put in minimal effort to solve the rodent problem. I had to buy my own traps and find the holes for them to patch. I've noticed the maintenance of the property had also been slipping. The trash is always over… flowing so squirrels get in it and throw the trash everywhere. No one has come to clean the interior hallways in a month or two. The doors to the outside of the building are also never locked so "security" of the interior hallways isn't a given
