I moved my son in about 5 months ago and the only complaint I have is the cleanliness. His apartment was filthy and after being told time and again that they'd send someone to clean, it never really happened. He turned the oven on and it smoked which finally got someone's attention. They cleaned the oven and said someone would be back to clean the floors, windows, ceiling fan, microwave etc. I finally did it myself. I'm assuming their apartment was skipped and probably an accident but it should have been cleaned when it was brought to their attention. The hallways are just as nasty and the smell

€˜I moved one of my daughters into Douglas and I will say this is one of my favorite apartments I’ve dealt with between my two daughters. The office staff was really friendly when I came in and answered all my questions. I feel comfortable with my daughter living here and I feel as if she is safe staying here between the key and doors system, gated garage, and security officers. I would recommend this apartment over any other apartment ive dealt with as a mother’

My mother-in-law, Susan Taylor, lives here and says she loves it here. She especially appreciates staffers Holden, Kate, Lion, Willie and Taylor. They have been super helpful and kind. My one question is why do you only have two maintenance people fir 200 apartments. You should have more: But I do

It’s been 4 months ever since I’ve moved to Chattanooga Tennessee, from the very first day Holden has been very helpful. One could tell that he feels for the clients and potential tenants.
Hannah is also my favorite she is a wonderful soul and is one of my favorites in the team.
From the management side I would like to thank the boss Kaila for always reaching out and solving issues, who again is also my favorite. I can truly tell that these guys are amazing at whatever they do.
