I stayed at Riverset Apartments for about 7 months and was blown away at the amazing service we received from both the maintenance team and the wonderful ladies at the main office. Whenever my apartment needed something, the maintenance team would be there promptly after I called and always solved the issue with a smile. The apartments are also right in the heart of downtown, so everything is walking distance away. Wish I could've stayed longer!

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Shameful property management. After a water heater burst on the third floor they left my wife and 6 month old in a moldy apartment. 24 hours after the issue no other option was presented and my wife had to call again about the water dripping down from ceiling above where her and our child sleep. They finally offered a different apartment on a very noisy intersection with minimal efforts to help her and my son with the situation while I was away on business. If you are new to Chattanooga or have lived here all your life and looking for a Great Place to live! You must come check out Riverset Apartments! Every room has a great view, access to over 30 great restaurant's and bars!
Don't get me started on the staff! I travel a lot for work and have lived in many different cities, towns and no staff is better than the one here at Riverset! They were so friendly and more important to me very helpful. Wish I could give 10 Stars!
