Awful people who make a living screwing hard working Americans. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! CALL A DIFFERENT TOW COMPANY!!! SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! The only good reviews they have are because they tell their employees to write reviews. If you scroll through the list oh, there is 10 one star reviews for every good review.

Was able to get a tow via my Allstate roadside assistance. That was at about 6:30. On the phone I had told them I was in the garage and they asked for the clearance of the garage and then dispatched a truck. The truck showed up, didn't bother to stop upon seeing it was a parking garage. Called immediately after watching the driver pull away and the driver said that dispatch had told them to leave since it was in a parking garage and the truck couldn't fit. Set up a tow through my roadside assistance with Allstate. The tow truck was originally supposed to come tow my car at 9:30 pm. Waited 20 mins after that just to be told that their dispatcher gave them another job to do first but that I'd be next. Fine. Last spoke to the driver at 11 pm when he called to tell me he was on his way to my car. It's now 1am and my car has yet to be towed to me .

Arrived ahead of schedule. Very secure hitching. Let me know my tires were low. Even dropped it in the driveway for me. I feel bad for all the negative reviews. If you parked illegally, you deserve to be towed. Predatory towing company??? Yeah, right. Name a towing company that doesn't take advantage of terrible drivers. Oh, that's right; that's what towing companies are for. If you genuinely need assistance, this company will take care of you. If you parked like an idiot, they will impound your car to the convenience of the rest of us.

Camcar well known for predatory towing practices . Not legal towing where there was a sign, lack of permit, etc. Were talking about hitching up cars lawfully parked and carting them off then holding the cars owners hostage for ransom.
Local authorities will not deal with these people, the only plausible explanation I can think of is the kickbacks. CPD? Columbus Prosecutor?

These are true con artists. Camcar towed my husband's car when it was legally parked in his authorized parking space with his parking pass. The company admitted to the police they "made a mistake", but they still held my husband's car for ransom until he paid their $150.00 fine. He was told his parking pass was "missing", which I know is a lie, because I saw it last night. These charlatans will be exposed, and I am contacting the BBB.

My experience as an employee has been a nightmare. The owner is holding my pay illegally. I am now having to go through legal channels to obtain my legally earned wages for my labor. Several employees had their paychecks bounce. I would not recommend them as an employer or a reputable company to use for any service. If i could provide negative rating, I would.

Ruthless. They towed /my/ car - from /my own garage/ - because I'd forgotten my parking pass. Take note that **a tow truck doesn't fit in a garage**... so they dragged my car all the way out from the back, loaded it, and then charged me over a hundred dollars to retrieve the car towed from my place.

This is the shadiest, most unscrupulous business in the entire state of Ohio...they pride themselves on stealing hard earned funds from the future of the nation (college kids).....I literally went to the news, and BBB and the police to report that they stole my car that was legally parked....and demanded $170 for it...all three organizations said yes we know about this company and it is wrong what they did but there's a law passing right now and we can't do anything until that law has passed....this company is going down and it's operators will burn for what they've done...
