Matt helped me tow my car across town and he was very fast and efficient. My insurance company took forever linking me with BM Towing but once they arrived, the service was A1. I totally would call these guys! 10/10 recommend!

Really appreciated the timeliness and professionalism of everything. Robert was really great with communication and making sure that I knew everything that was going on with my car the entire time! Which was a big deal since it had to be towed 45 minutes to an hour away.

My tire popped right as I was starting a road trip, and BM towing was my first call! Matt got to me so quickly, and was able to hook up the car and get me to the tire shop faster than anyone else could have. Mike was great...would not say the same for the Good Sam Roadside Assistance team that took 9 hours to locate him and BM though. Once he got to us on the I71, he got our travel trailer ready to tow with a major wheel bearing failure and got us to a RV Dealership, and even gave us a sub that he had not eaten since his wife sent him out with that and a pizza. He had been working since 5:30 am and left us after 11 pm...great service...call this place and tell them to send Mike to your rescue

Mike was the only person that was able to successfully get this vehicle moved due to the low dynamics. I was on I270 from 2:30 - 11;45pm with 4 other tow companies that wouldn't touch it. This morning I met him at 6:30 and he took his time to ensure the vehicle didn't get damaged. Highly recommend his professionalism!!! Thank you so much, Mike!!!!

While sitting on the side of 315 North with a shredded tire waiting on AAA, a tow truck pulled up to help us and offer a better Jack than the one we had. We assumed it was the AAA driver we had been waiting for.
Nope. It was a good Samaritan on his way to another call just making sure we were ok. I believe his name was Robert, I apologize if I got that wrong, but he was so kind to stop and help us purely out of the goodness of his heart. We offered him something for the help.He declined and merely suggested a review … so here it is.

What a good company. What

Excellent service. Pretty rare to have a company treat customers so well. Getting your car towed is a stressful time, but the lady on the phone was patient and understanding. And Robert was professional, fast and friendly. BM Towing saved me more than $100 over another towing company. Thanks BM Towing for making a bad situation a little easier.

10/10 experience! They were able to tow my broken racecar and properly care for it. They even helped me back it into my steep / tight garage. I will definitely use them again for my next tow!

The friendliest towing company I've ever encountered! We had an odd towing request and called a couple other company's and they turned the job down. BM TOWING didn't, They were here promptly and got our bus turned around without a question! James and jimmy can tow anything you need!

Quote was substantially higher than other local companies and a 35% additional fee was added for doing even less than was requested of them in the first place. I still have to call another towing company to complete the job. Photos show a 100’ or less winch on solid ground from a chain that I hooked up and had ready for him, tow it 11 miles and drop it in the street. I was quoted $450, it took 1 1/2 hrs, they had me waiting for two hours past the time we agreed on with zero communication. I was charged $600 plus tax. Other companies wanted $200 per hour. (HALF!) I went with them based on availability

Top notch company. They came out in 15 minutes when we called, after waiting over 2 hours for another company. Driver was awesome!

Nobody ever wants to have their car towed, but if you need it... definitely call BM! I called at 1030pm and was able to schedule a tow for the next morning at 830.

I received a call around 805am from Robert that he was on his way and would be there soon. Robert was awesome! He was friendly and super efficient, he had the car ready and on its way to the shop in less than 5 minutes. I also appreciate Robert giving me a tip about my car insurance!

They accept card and cash, and you have the option of paying before tow or meeting them at the destination and paying.

This has been the best towing experience I've ever had. I can't say breaking down on a cold rainy Friday night was fun but... from the woman that answered the phone who was extremely nice to the guy that showed up with a truck 15 yes 15 minutes later and was extremely professional, it was a great experience. And very reasonably price. Hope I never need towed again but if I do I will call BM Towing!!!

Don't use this towing company. They don't tell you what the price is going to be up front. I got a tow today and they told me it was going to be $89. After my car was towed they told me there was up charge for 4 wheel drive cars! I told them the make, model, and year of my car before the tow. I had to pay it or they would tow my car to their impound yard. Then I called later to ask about the charge and the woman was rude and talked over me, then didn't apologize. Do not use this towing service, terrible, terrible, terrible.
