Called this company to have a vehicle towed I was quoted a price of $75 hook up and $2 per loaded mile. When the driver arrived he called and let me know he was here and then stated did they talk to you about the fees? I repeated the $75 plus $2 load/ mile I was told and he stated “ no it’s $120 minimum .. I told him that is not what I was quoted. After I told him I wasn’t paying that he informed me the girl I talked to was new I explained that isn’t my problem that’s a company problem and evidently a training problem on their end. Garbage customer service. I get it's a towing company and I get things happen. If you cannot make a scheduled appt, at least call and let them know. Two days in a row of no communication is a joke. Then they sound mad and put off when I call on the second day telling them I need car moved and got another company. Don't always believe good ratings on review sites.

I worked here full time for a few months. Some things came up, and I had to leave, but I couldn’t stay away! I still dispatch part time because this wonderful company helps so many people, and is so good at all they do! All of the drivers and technicians are so kind and always do an amazing job. All of the office staff and corporate staff are very kind and understanding people, and are always willing to help where they can. If you ever need a tow or roadside service, please call! One call truly does it all.
