The main dispatch for our own fleet and maintenance center for Pro Tow, Inc. is located at 1669 Harmon Ave and includes a backup power generator to ensure we are able to operate under all conditions.
James Whittredge conceptualized a towing company that could provide superior service to its customers while creating jobs within the community. It has grown from a single truck operation to one with over 50 tow vehicles and 45 employees. Mr. Whittredge specializes in serving as an adviser to his employees and an inclusive mentor to a diverse community of small and growing towing companies.

Roger and Kyle were extremely helpful as I’m new to the area and needed assistance I had been in my car calling different places from 10am till 1am when I called them they got to me within about 30 minutes and they didn’t complain about my tires special situation their number is now saved I am very appreciative and would use the service again

My car was stolen on 2/15/21 right in front of me when I was dropping my child at her dads house. I filed a police report and had a rough 2 days looking and panicking about my car. I got a call from the Columbus Police department on 2/18 at 2:04am and when I finally got hold of an update they said Pro Tow towed it because the gas station owner didn't know it was stolen and they just called the tow company 1st.... It cost me 203.00 just to get my stolen car back from them and I had a police report and all. They said they don't cut breaks for cases like that because they still have to pay their tow
