Our car went off the pavement into a ditch at a cemetery. The right front side of car sank in the mud. The rear right tire was about 2feet off the pavement. The tow man was afraid the bumper would get pulled off because it was deep in the mud. He hooked the car up. The bumper started pulling off so he stopped. He eventually got the car pulled out with very little damage to the bumper.

Grandparents car literally fell apart the frame right behind the motor broke on both sides and dropped the motor 4 in almost to the ground. Capital towing and recovery was employed by the peddle company and wewe're giving a time frame of 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. they showed up at 1:15 p.m. which kind of rushed us to clean the car out but on time talk about...very professional and polite very helpful to my 86-year-old grandparents, would recommend calling these guys if you're car needs towed or anything needs worked on

Stellar service! Got my semi stuck in the mud at my house last night and wasn’t able to get anyone to come out. Made an appointment the next day to get unstuck and they arrived early and got me out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend to anyone needing towing service. Tow truck driver was awesome!

Tracy and James today were excellent. My fiancé was in a horrible accident and was just trying to get her items from the car. They were recommended by peterbuilt of grove city and I see why. Completely painless from an aspect of a fleet manager. Professional, quick to respond from initial call to arrival. Driver had no problem dealing with a 20 ton truck broken down at the city dump. Albeit a difficult and disgusting job, jumped in and didn't bat an eye, always a positive attitude even when dealing with things in that environment that are best unsaid. Worked with drivers to get them where they would be safe. Thoroughly impressed. I've used dozens of recovery experts. None are even in the same league. Worth every penny

Contacted them about a van they had for sale. A large company like this has mechanics and equipment. I asked what codes were showing with a code reader and he ignored me. When I asked again, they left the… discussion and blocked me. Awful customer service.

According to him, the shady dealer who “leases part of my yard” owns a separate company with tow trucks called “Complete Impound”. they picked my car up from my brothers house where I stayed the night due to not having a parking permit ( I take full responsibility) when I went in they had me pay and sign a release form. Once I got home I realize I had damage to my bumper that wasn’t there before. I called and they informed me to call Monday. I went into the… office and spoke with the manager Jordan. He took pictures of my car and had me fill out a incident report. He informed me he would get back to me the next day. That didn’t happen. About 3 days go by and I call, leaving messages without
