Rick was worth every penny. He spend half day on our property, did a thorough review of the major items, tested all major appliances, electrical and provided valuable feedback.
More importantly he produced a report with written explanations and pictures that is our roadmap to the short term and long term items to tackle. This allowed us to make a plan.

Excellent, and super thorough inspection. Rick checked every nook and cranny of the Townhouse we are going to buy and because of his super detailed report, we were able to get $2500 off of our offer price because of the things he noted in his report that we needed to get fixed.
