Dr. Olsen met my 14 year old lab once and prescribed some pain pills. She did not push any extra tests, just to make money etc. Sadly, last week my old girl almost 15 needed to be put down.We went back and forth debating if this was the right decision. Dr. Olsen made us feel so comfortable and told us she was in pain and it was definitely time. It was a terrible time for us, but we were treated so kindly. It made a difficult situation much easier with a wonderful vet and staff. Thank you.

My dog was not taken care of properly, when I would come and pick up my dog the girl would say she’s keeping me company.I don’t send my dog there too keep her company. My dog does that with me at home. Paying them to have my dog socialize not keep you company. Another time I was picking up my dog. They had her all by herself with this 4 pd dog Al the other dogs were all together having fun . 6 or more dogs. I always heard very good feedback about my dog of how good she is. So why was she treated not good. Couple of the girls I won’t name names were so rude and obnoxious! Would not recommend

Please if you care about your animals do not bring them to this practice!!! The managers and the owners don’t care. They have 50+ dogs and have 1 person to look after and take care of them all. There is no possible way that all of those poor dogs can be taken care of and looked after properly. Please stop bringing your animals here!!!

This is a new vet for my pets (1 dog Daisy 13 yrs, 1cat Nala 6 yrs), both very skittish since we lost our big boy Buddy 3 years ago, they sprayed some calming spray which calmed them both. They interacted with both pets like they were their own. I'll definitely be going back!

I brought my puppy there last week. They have a curbside system right now, which I thought was very thoughtful. Their staff was professional and courteous. The nurses and doctors called me from inside and discussed with me everything I needed to know. The doctor was really friendly & personable. I am making this hospital my new vet for both of my dogs!

My dog loves this vet as much as one can. Very professional and cordial staff. The daycare is great because they will keep on eye on your pup and make sure everything is going smoothly. Beau even made a friend!

Disappointed with the Vet at this location. My 8-year-old Rotti developed a number of symptoms in a last couple of years. The vets did not follow up, saying she was healthy. Two months ago we brought the dog for a checkup and they gave her a whole load of vaccines, reassuring us again that the dog was perfectly healthy. But she got so sick from those vaccines that a week later my wife took her back there, and that is when they told us that our Rotti had a very advanced-stage cancer that spread. Our Rotti died last week and we are heartbroken because now we found out that the vet is not supposed
