Services
Kennett Square Veterinary Hospital was established in 1989. We enjoyed our first 20 years in the Borough of Kennett Square. When we outgrew our facility we purchased a parcel of land on which we built our dream hospital. We are fortunate to live and work in a beautiful area. Our clients and staff look forward to their visits to our beautiful setting.
Dr. Barnsley is a 1985 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He established Kennett Square Veterinary Hospital in 1989. He is very much a hands-on doctor and is well known for being loved by his patients. Emily is our Head, accredited veterinary technician. She obtained her degree from Harcum College in 2000.

I have taken my 2 dogs to this vet for ~ 10 yr. Previously interactions had always been pleasant and a few relatively minor problems they had were taken care of promptly during office hours. My one dog suddenly wet the bed and I called to have her seen. On the phone I said that I would like to have procedures or ordered lab tests gone over with me before they were done as I had gotten bills for some x-rays/labs that were done that I did not understand why some were done or there had been no discussion with me - they were just done (and I simply paid rather large amounts never, ever leaving with

Ken Barnsley and his staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. They provide practical guidance for day to day life, and at times of crisis. They are customer service strong, and make me feel they love my pets as if they were their own. This is a history of 25 years. I would never take my guys anywhere else
