Secure Financial Services, Inc. d/b/a Secure Mortgage Company is a mortgage company that primarily services the Greater Houston home loan market place, including Houston, Sugarland, Katy, Galveston, Conroe, and all points in-between. We are licensed throughout Texas and we are also licensed to do loans in Washington state and Colorado.
FHA -The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) allows low- and moderate-income families to buy a home by offering them lower down-payment requirements and lower interest rates. VA -VA Loans are provided by the US Department of Veterans' Affairs for veterans of the Armed Services. These also have more lenient requirements for borrowers who qualify.

This review is for the totally unprofessional conduct of Arun (Stanley Mani realty) at secure Mortgage. Been trying to get a refinance through him for months and he keeps giving me the run around. I can't leave messages on his phone line cause mail box is always full. Didn't they teach him how to access his mail? No email response either. He is always out of the office and also don't bother leaving your phone number cause he won't call you back. I gave them all the documents they needed and still excuses after excuses. It didn't take this long when I got a mortgage from them in the first place

Usually I do not write the review but this time I am because I got charged unnecessary during closing my home loan 2018. I just refinanced the loan again and found out that INC. robbed/cheated me. I got a loan from this INC via Manoj Bhatia in 2018.I was purchasing a house for the first time and this Manoj guy took full advantage of me in the very competitive Seattle real estate market.In close cost statement there are following charges which supposed not charge plus there is no lender credit included Admin free, document preparation beside other regular fee(Escrow, title fee etc) .Some wording

I recently hired Joseph Walker from Secure Mortgage Loan to help me purchase a home. He walked me through on what I needed to do to clean up my credit (it was bad) and he literally got it up 200 points. I purchased my home August 8th and he literally walked me through every step of the way. Joseph listened to what me and my family needed and helped me get it.
