Over priced apartments with poor management staff. There’s been 2 incidents already with cars getting broken into in less than a year. Do NOT live here!

We have been renting the apartment and 2 garages for the past couple of years and things were going well until the leasing office management changed to Marissa, and things have gone downhill ever since then. Despite having a lease and a parking addendum for 2 garages signed for the next 7 months, Marissa recently took away one of our garages because she decided it was "unnecessary" since my fiancé was going to be away for work. She let us know by e-mail that she's changing the garage code without giving us any advance notice or opportunity to remove the things we were storing in the garage, She

What a bad apartment, I live here for more than year. I always talk to the office about my bad washing machine and dryer. It doesn't work, they just smile and tell me we will fix it. But they never. Nevermind how much u talk to them, they will never listen to u. It's really bad service here

The feeling that the Hazel 8 apartment is very junk is: There is no separate payment and deposit system for each household. If a person defaults, then all the households in a payment account will default, and only one person who has not paid the money will be allowed to pay or 2 will default.
The second point is: the management of the apartment is very poor, the rights of registers are very small, it can be said that there is almost no. No one really care about your electric works or not; your Landry works or not. The office doesn’t care your feeling. The only thing it care is money.

We lived at 118 Flats Circle apartments for a year and we liked it. Very convenient location. Apartment was clean and comes with a 1 car garage and washer/dryer in each unit. Hannah (community manager) was really nice and she was always responsive. I highly recommended this place.

Highly recommend this place! Great location and great facilities! Friends always compliment on how nice this apartment is :-)
I was especially impressed when my power came back within 24 hours of power cut. (This was due to some problem with our account).
It took me 30minutes to wait for someone in the power company to respond over the phone. But, Hannah from Hazel Apt Office helped me get in touch with the manager of Cleveland Public Power through multiple calls and it saved my roommate's father to drive from Michigan to Cleveland.
So grateful for everything she has done for us! Also she is

Lived here two years. Location is good but the buildings are not. SO MANY ANTS! Definitely not worth the price, which keeps going up. These places were not built very well. They look cool but don't have much else going for them. The heating and AC is really loud, it takes almost a minute to get hot water out of the sink, things like that. The staff is friendly, I have to give them that.

These apartments are a little too close to a fraternity house and a high school for my taste, but the location is nice and the buildings aren't the worst.

This place is superficially nice, but, once you rent, let the nightmare begin. The apartments are so cheaply made that even in brand new apartments be prepared to experience continuous maintenance problems - for example, waking up in the winter to the roof leaking on your face and the heater malfunctioning for weeks with no one knowing how to fix it. Also, the manager is as two-faced as the buildings themselves. She'll smile and make small talk one day and then turn around the next day and tow your car with no warning. There is no safe parking other than the garages, which increased in price
