I work for a company who does work at this location, and I just wanted to give a little recognition to the staff. No matter what the situation they have always been friendly and professional to me and my coworkers & they definitely go above and beyond for their tenets. I work in a bunch of different housing establishments around town and can promise you most can’t compare to the staff working for the Collier company!! Special thanks to y’all at college manor 😊

First, I am a very clean person. I have never had a roach problem. Yet, when I moved here, I constantly see roaches. Pest control comes to spray every 3-4 weeks and always tell me the same thing: they did not find anything. So where are these roaches coming from? There are also this really tine bug that is always flying around the apartment that I don't know where they are coming from either. Aside from that, when I moved in and for about 3 months after that, there were consistently different problems. I was given the wrong keys, faucet leaks, electrical issues, and others. I already know that I am not renewing to this place. I'm just going to wait out my lease. My boyfriend used to have a studio with them and he had great service. However, after renewing to upgrade for a1 bedroom and adding me so we could move in together, we notice how unorganized they were. They sent an email ty boyfriend (main tenant) that we can move in as early as August 1st. I was under the impression that the apartment was ready. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Just moved out in July and was charged 500 dollars for them to replace the carpet that was damaged prior to me moving in. Not only to mention the amount of monthly random charges I got for sewer, etc. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. College view as well. Also disgusting, full of roaches. The carpet though, they don’t require a move in inspection and then when I called about it early on, was told I never did. Now I have to pay 500 dollars for a SMALL patch of damaged carpet in a closet that was there prior to move in. NEVER AGAIN

I wish I had better things to say about this place. I am a grateful person, and realize that my stay here is temporary, but this place is incredibly incompetent. Every week, something breaks or doesn’t function properly. The culprit? Poorly thought out design and cheap cuts to rush “renovation”. The floor layout does not match the models they show you, and the models they do show you are in pristine condition. This is a selling tactic. Please request to see your room before you sign the lease, because roaches, chipped walls and baseboard, electric outlets failing, and broken front door locks

I've been living here for years and normally wouldn't post a review, but the consistent above and beyond customer service at this location has been great, especially with this current staff.
So thankful for the staff of this apartment complex, from management, to the front desk, to maintainence. This team is efficient, helpful, and practical to make sure residents and apartments are rightly cared for, as it's possible.

College View (not college manor) is the way to go! I lived there for 2 years in a 2 bed/ 1 bath and loved that it's waling distance to UF, Publix, and Target. I never had issues with pests! Maintenance responds quickly to issues. The office staff changes frequently but everyone I have encountered is nice!

I’ve lived here and year and will be leaving when my lease is up at the end of the month. I don’t have terrible things to say, but I don’t have rave reviews either. The building consistently has water shutoffs. (That’s not an exaggeration, it’s happened at least 6-8 times over the course of my year-long lease.) Because there’s just a few exits for so many units, your neighbors can also be messy and you’ll see trash in the hallways, stairwells, elevator, outside, etc. There’s also the random noises and smells... Stay away! If I could give zero stars, I would. If you enjoy being constantly woken up at random hours in the early morning to a crowd of cars blasting music at 3am, then this is the place for you! There’s a bank directly in between the apartments that cars like to congregate in randomly and all blast loud music for hours on end. Bugs everywhere, flies and beetles, and don’t get me started on the parking lot. The road is bumpy as hell and it’s straight up dirt that will constantly get inside your car. No renovations and very old. Not worth it.

I moved here in August. Since I moved from one Collier property to another, they allowed me to line up my lease back to back. Super thankful for that!
Another review mentioned the removal of the pool, I must agree that I was annoyed about that. I toured the property and the pool was shown to me before I ended up signing my lease. I did get the full story from the office, but I signed my lease for X$ expecting a pool and since it's been removed I would have expected them to lower the price or something.. (I'm not affected by the addition of more parking spaces, because I don't own a car, so there
