Arbor Park Apartments

We’ve lived here for a couple months and the place is old but no matter what the maintenance team, especially Dustin is always on it. Whenever we call them there extremely helpful and quick to fix any problems we have while we’ve been here.

Amazing apartments, amazing service from Dhianny, she went above and beyond and answered all my questions. Would recommend!

Dhianny Melo was so sweet and very friendly through the whole process. She was very helpful with all our questions and shows how dedicated she is to not only her job but the people she helps. Highly recommend!

The maintenance man Dustin was excellent and prompt with completing the repairs. It was an awesome job! He was helpful above and beyond.

Been here for almost a year and nothing to complain about. They have such spacious apartments for a great price, Anytime I have had an issue in my apartment Dustin has taken cared of it IMMEDIATELY , Best maintenance man in the complex.

Wonderful community. Been here since 2019. Right across the street from Winn Dixie so you never have to go far for essentials. Very close to UF and hospitals, but the best thing about this place is it’s beautiful setting, it’s dog friendly atmosphere and a wonderful staff like Dhianny and an amazing maintenance team!! I love it here

I love living in arbor apartments anything you need there are right there for you

I have been at arbor park for 1 month now and so far having a great experience. I've had to have one maintenance request which was finish within the same day. Very affordable and conveniently close to archer Road.

We've lived here for about two years and so far none of the problems mentioned in other reviews. Yes the kids are always outside but I consider that a good thing it would be creepy if they weren't. repairs are always fast with the maintenance men asking if there is anything else they could do. The only complaint I have is my cell phone signal inside the house. Apartment 304.

I have been living at arbor, park Apartments for 4 going on 5 years I like it,because I am very close to everything

Where should I begin. Maybe the roaches that we moved into on the first day. The entire building is infested with them. The office says just make a request and on Wednesday someone will show up. Except they don't. After a few weeks of requests someone finally shows up sprays a little. A few roaches die but the majority lives on. More requests and they ignore them. So we gave up asking. Tried some of the home remedies to get rid of them.

Then one of the bedroom windows will not stay open. It keeps on slamming down. We made requests to fix it and no one came. We were using a box to prop
