These apartments are absolutely spectacular. Never before have I ever interacted with such a lovely, helpful, amazing staff! A specific shoutout to Alicia Brown, she made living here an ease with how helpful she was to me and my family. Beautiful environment created by the workers and attendants, truly the best place I could ever recommend.

Great location, great apartment. The complex is clean and well lit. The management is very friendly and helpful. The staff member Katrina answered all my questions very nicely. 100% recommend!!

Apartments are in great area and super easy to just to walk down the road and get some coffee. Including the Manager, Alicia is absolutely so helpful and really. Everyone on the team including maintenance are nice and get the job! Thank you guys for everything!!

Arlington Square is amazing! It's in a great location, very clean, and a great price for the amenities. The staff is unbelievably helpful and kind. Katrina is always able to answer any questions, resolve problems, and refer me to the proper staff members when necessary. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I was looking for apartments for my son who's moving to Gainesville for school. Met with Katrina K who was not only kind, knowledgeable and personable but took the time to answer all my questions. She did a follow up several days later to see if there were anything else she could do to make my decision easier

Great staff! I spoke with a young lady name Katrina. She was super friendly and spoke with me about all available units and what they had to offer and what all my options were. 10/10 would recommend going and speaking with her.

I stopped by this property about a week ago to inquire about leasing a unit. It’s a beautiful property with staff that are an absolute delight! I had the pleasure of being helped by Alicia on my visit and she was very helpful, respectful and courteous. She took her time to explain every question I had in detail and I didn’t feel like a bother at all! I’d definitely recommend her for a promotion or bonus, she deserves some type of recognization because she went above and beyond for my very simple visit. Alicia is the gold standard for customer service.

The Arlington Square staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Terrance and Nettie are awesome! They made signing documents and the entire contract and move in process so pleasant and easy. I haven't been here a week and they recognize and call me by my name already. I love the property too. A little dated and would prefer vinyl or tile floors since I have a pet and carpet always looks dirty to me. Personal preference. Great place.

I absolutely LOVE living here! The apartment is beautiful (unfurnished) but that gives you room to customize the look you want which I love. I bought my furniture from IKEA so it was fairly cheap. The leasing facile staff is amazing--super nice, caring, and really want to help you in the best way they can. I have never been less than happy with this apartment and with the leasing office staff here and have already resigned for next year. If you have a scooter, getting to and from campus is incredibly easy and the bus routes here are great as well. You're right in the heart of downtown which

The management at Arlington thinks that your apartment is theirs during the week. I woke up took a shower walked out of the bathroom naked to some guys wearing a Collier Company shirt in my living room sitting on my couch. I live alone so that was shocking to me. Went to the office to see complain, turns out that it was our new community manager. Ever since then I've been harassed by him. I've also had since I've moved in a continuously leak in my A/C that has caused mold to grow and now I've started to have some bad reactions because it.

Since my last review the complex has hired new maintenance staff. They are great and have also gotten rid of all the maintenance staff that gave them a bad rep.

Staff is still lazy - since then I have received more packages and haven't received notifications.

Parties continue to be loud and frequent and the security guard no longer has shifts - a gate has now been broken, too.

Parties during the summer last until with lots of yelling outside.
